Welcome to your warm, beautifully decorated townhome in Newpark. Located at Kimball Junction, this 1,300 sq ft townhome will sleep 4-5 guests with three full bathrooms so everyone can spread out. The main living area has a gas fireplace and private hot tub two steps out your backdoor on your private deck. Kitchen contains brand new appliances, gas stove, granite counter tops and a cappuccino machine. Each bedroom (master and guestroom upstairs) has its own TV; living room downstairs also has flat screen TV and DVD/VCR capabilities. Computer work station in loft has DSL connection, and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the unit to keep you connected to the outside world or accommodate any "working vacation" needs.
Take a shuttle from the Salt Lake Airport as this unit is right on the bus route to all of the local ski areas (Canyons, Deer Valley, Park City) and a 5 minute walk (or less) to shops, restaurants, movie theater. We are located on a trail system that takes you into old Park City (6 miles) and connects to the "Rails for Trails" project.
Or, rent a car and use the one-car garage so you can come and go on your schedule as opposed to waiting for the shuttle.
The beauty of townhome vacationing is you call the shots, and come and go as you would in your own home. Beautiful getaway with something for everyone during all seasons; from a cozy fireside reading chair to high-end shopping at Redstone to floating on fresh powder. They call Utah's skiing "champagne snow" for good reason! Summer months bring lots of sunshine, warm days but no oppressive humidity. Summer nights bring endless stargazing and cool breezes through an open window. We prefer non-smokers but our only "ask" of any of our guests is please, no smoking inside the Unit. And if you do smoke outside, please use an ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.
