Casa de La Lily Penthouse is the uppermost level of a three unit property located a block from the beach in Playa Zicatela. It has become a popular rental due to its proximity to the beach and also because it is walking distance to many stores and restaurants along the beach in the Playa Zicatela area. From the apartment you can see the famous Mexpipe surf break and there is also a break called Far Bar at the beach directly below the house.
The Penthouse apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom. It has an open and pleasant kitchenette/living/dining area and an extra half bath for guests that accounts for the rest of the space. The small but efficient kitchenette has a fridge/freezer, 4 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. The special additions of the living area include a hammock, rocking chair, and swinging chair for your comfort. The tile work, stone work, and creative decorating are typically a point of conversation. The Penthouse apartment takes up the entire upper/third floor for added privacy.
On the ground level there is a swimming pool with wading area for small children. There is also a pool side Ramada with pool loungers and a hammock. There are three apartments total that share this common area of the walled, gated, and tropically gardened premises.
There is cleaning service provided two days a week.
Satellite TV is included.
Room safe is included. You must bring along a medium to large size pad lock.
CD Player is included.
Air conditioning is available for an additional fee.
