This home is located on the 3rd hole of Apache Wells Country Club (a semi-private golf course). Watch the action from the comfort of your living room or covered patio or just relax and take in the beauty of the view including Red Mountain with its changing colors.
You will be within walking distance of the large community pool, spa, fitness center, library,
sport courts and fields. These facilities are owned by the homeowners association and will be available for your use. The Apache Wells Country Club’s new clubhouse is scheduled to open on November 1, 2009. The Bar & Grill located in this clubhouse is open to the public.
If you can find time to get out and explore the area you will find many opportunities including museums, symphonies, concerts, Broadway musicals, Old Town Scottsdale and numerous sporting events such as baseball spring training, NBA basketball, major league baseball and NFL football. Don’t forget to attend the FBR Open at TPC Scottsdale with its infamous fully enclosed 16th hole. You will be minutes away from major shopping centers including Superstition Springs Mall and Costco, restaurants, entertainment and medical facilities.
Rental prices quoted do not include golfing. If you have an interest in becoming a member of the country club during your stay, please contact the owner for information. Your membership will allow you to participate in activities of the country club including club events, tournaments, etc. The 18 hole, par 71, 6,038 yards course was built to be highly accessible to senior golfers. There are three tee boxes per hole and water comes into play on 6 of those holes. The facility has a full service driving range and practice areas.
