Enjoy 2 bedroom oceanfront cottage 271 in Kill Devil Hills, NC. This oceanfront, Outer Banks vacation rental is located 1/2 mile south of the Wright Brothers Memorial. It will accommodate up to 6 persons (children included). Cottage 271 is the upstairs of an oceanfront duplex (the downstairs is cottage 171, vrbo 20450) with great oceanviews.
This oceanfront cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room/kitchen and oceanfront deck. One bedroom features 1 queen bed, the other bedroom has 2 double beds and the bath is located in the hall (full bath). The rest of the cottage is an open floor plan with the living room/kitchen leading into each other. The oceanfront deck is led off the living room area. This great oceanfront cottage is just steps to the beach.
The kitchen features: tile floor, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. Linen is supplied for all stays but not refreshed. This rental has free his speed wireless internet and has access to our outdoor pool at our adjacent property (where you check in). Guests also have access to our YMCA passes which must be checked out daily and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
During the summer months this oceanfront cottage is a Saturday to Saturday rental. In the spring, fall and winter it may be rented nightly (minimum night stay required). Please call or e-mail for nightly rate/stay information. Rates are subject to change and special event or holiday rates may apply. All guests must be 21 years of age or older to occupy this cottage unless they are a family unit.
