Or you might want to enjoy the palm-lined waterfront promenade.

Upon passing through the manned security gate and leaving the brand-new Flagler Landing complex, you can travel along scenic Flagler Drive down to lively Clematis Street, stately Italian Renaissance-inspired City Place, or fabulous Worth Avenue in elegant Palm Beach, all only five minutes away.

Picture yourself shopping in the land of the Kennedys and the Trumps (and many other notables) on Worth Avenue and strolling on its charming "via's", a truly unique experience. Or enjoying cocktails at the Trophy Bar in the Great Hall of the world-famous architecturally-magnificent Breakers Hotel.

Later on--or the next day--you can cross over the Royal Park Bridge and go to City Place. You will enjoy the best in dining, shopping, and entertainment in these venues and others in the Palm Beach area. Just across the nearby historic Flagler Bridge you will find the idyllic beach and warm, turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Museums nearby include the Norton Museum, the Society of the Four Arts Museum, and the historic Flagler Museum, which is set in oil-and-railroad magnate Henry Flagler's former mansion on Palm Beach. Or visit the Kennedy Bunker Museum on nearby Peanut Island.

Sportsmen will enjoy fishing on Flagler Drive's quay, diving and snorkeling the famous Breakers coral reef just offshore, chartering a deep-sea fishing boat, jet-skiing, wind-surfing, and parasailing from the many local marinas, not to mention golf and tennis at the many local clubs.

Gaming enthusiasts will enjoy the casino cruises from the Port of Palm Beach one mile away. Or take a 30-minute flight to the Bahamas' famous casinos at Lucaya and at Atlantis! There are also horse racing, dog racing, and Jai Alai nearby.

Should you choose to travel farther afield, the world-class attractions of Miami Beach's South Beach, the Florida Keys, Everglades National Park and Disney World can all be reached in an hour or two.
