Breath-taking View of Intracoastal Waterway from Living Room Balcony
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida South East, Florida, USA (5 Minutes from City Place and Palm Beach)
Accommodations: Condominium, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6)
Water, Water, Everywhere!! Breath-taking water views on three sides in this end unit low-rise third-floor residence on the wide waters of the Lake Worth section of the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway.
This gorgeous brand-new "flat", which is just being decorated at publication, has 3664 spacious square feet of living space, with two expansive balconies for enjoyment of the romantic view and balmy sea breezes.
Relax and enjoy your gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, solid wood cabinetry and designer appliances. You will gasp as you enter the living area and see the fabulous view of the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach, and the Ocean inlet in the distance, a mile away over the water.
Picture yourself enjoying romantic cocktails at sunset or refreshing morning breakfast on either your living room or master bedroom balcony, watching the boats go by on the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway.
There is also a charming dining area, scenic breakfast nook, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including a fabulous master bedroom suite, with 2 walk-in closets, a wraparound balcony and great water views, marble shower-for-two and a large jacuzzi set in marble. Beautiful marble and wood flooring, granite counter tops in the gourmet kitchen and luxurious master bath, solid wood cabinetry, and striking designer decorations may OCCASIONALLY distract you from the eye-pleasing water view!
You may be content to just stay in your luxurious condo and enjoy Florida living at its finest, but, should you choose to tear yourself away from it, you would find a lovely waterfront Olympic-style pool on the premises, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center. Or you might want to enjoy the palm-lined waterfront promenade.
Upon passing through the manned security gate and leaving the brand-new Flagler Landing complex, you can travel along scenic Flagler Drive down to lively Clematis Street, stately Italian Renaissance-inspired City Place, or fabulous Worth Avenue in elegant Palm Beach, all only five minutes away.
Picture yourself shopping in the land of the Kennedys and the Trumps (and many other notables) on Worth Avenue and strolling on its charming "via's", a truly unique experience. Or enjoying cocktails at the Trophy Bar in the Great Hall of the world-famous architecturally-magnificent Breakers Hotel.
Later on--or the next day--you can cross over the Royal Park Bridge and go to City Place. The city fathers of West Palm Beach traveled to northern Italy to get the inspiration for this Italian Renaissance-inspired shopping/dining/entertainment center. You can stroll through the elegant piazza, shop the finest shops, and, after the sun sets, relax and enjoy a wonderful "al fresco" dinner at the many restaurants with outdoor dining facilities.
While dining, enjoy the complimentary entertainment in the piazza, as well as the dancing waters of the beautifully-lighted fountains. Or you can enjoy it all while just having a chocolate sundae or a gelato, or while having nothing at all! "The Harriet", a/k/a The Harriet Himmel Center, located in a restored vintage church adjacent to the piazza, is a venue for a variety of very interesting entertainment productions.
Come back another day to spend some time on lively Clematis Street. You can shop the shops, and then your dining options range from great pizza at Pizza Girls to paella at Cabana Las Palmas to elegant northern Italian fare at Forte' di Asprinio. Still have some energy left? Stay there after dinner and enjoy music and dancing at the many pubs almost until the break of dawn!
Or cross back over the Intracoastal to Palm Beach and go to Ristorante Amici--you may run into Rod Stewart or other "glitterati" there. The options are too numerous to mention. It is a veritable mecca for shopping, dining, strolling, or entertainment.
You will enjoy the best in dining, shopping, and entertainment in these venues and others in the Palm Beach area. Just across the nearby historic Flagler Bridge you will find the idyllic beach and warm, turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Museums nearby include the Norton Museum, the Society of the Four Arts Museum, and the historic Flagler Museum, which is set in oil-and-railroad magnate Henry Flagler's former mansion on Palm Beach. Or visit the Kennedy Bunker Museum on nearby Peanut Island.
Sportsmen will enjoy fishing on Flagler Drive's quay, diving and snorkeling the famous Breakers coral reef just offshore, chartering a deep-sea fishing boat, jet-skiing, wind-surfing, and parasailing from the many local marinas, not to mention golf and tennis at the many local clubs.
Gaming enthusiasts will enjoy the casino cruises from the Port of Palm Beach one mile away. Or take a 30-minute flight to the Bahamas' famous casinos at Lucaya and at Atlantis! There are also horse racing, dog racing, and Jai Alai nearby.
Should you choose to travel farther afield, the world-class attractions of Miami Beach's South Beach, the Florida Keys, Everglades National Park and Disney World can all be reached in an hour or two.
This vacation site has it all - waterfront scenery, posh living accommodations, balmy weather, beautiful beaches, sophisticated cultural amenities, world-class theatre and opera, and shopping and dining at its best! Come visit us and see for yourself!!
