  Absolutely great place. Brian was prompt and clear on things and the condo was fantastic. Clean, great amenities and ocean front. Would highly recommend.

  This is a beautiful unit that is very nicely decorated and easily accomodated our family of 8. We love the convenient access to the pool and beach. I would highly recommend this unit and the owner is easy to deal with and prompt in responding.

  I am limited in the amount of characters I can use for this review which is a shame because I could really write a book on how great of a place Azure unit #118 is. I'll start with saying that the Condo is very up to date with what I consider lavish accommodations...beautiful to look at and exceptionally comfortable to stay in. One of the best features of this condo is the ground level access to the pool and beach. Being that this condo is a corner unit you also get more sunlight from the extra windows on the side. Secondly, because the unit is on the corner you get the added benefit of a quiet stay. There are so many awesome restaurants around the Azure complex, many of which you can just walk to. You'll have to get some pizza from the local restaurant there called Helen Back....little play on words there but can be literal if you get to many jalapenos on your pizza ha! Surf shops are right around the corner so any needed beach toys or an extra bathing suit is a 100 yards away. Lastly, the owner of this unit is very good to deal with. He's very professional and timely with responses to your questions. If you are on the fence with several condos I can assure you that unit 118 will knock your socks off!

  My family loved your condo! It was our first trip to the US from France. It was so nice to walk right out to the pools and gorgeous beaches. The condo was immaculate an nicely furnished. You spared no expense that is for sure! We will book again in the near future! Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

  This is a beautiful unit that was very tastefully decorated. It easily accomodated our family of 9 and was very convenient for pool and beach access. I would highly recommend this unit for any family that is picky about where they stay. The owner followed up with us to make sure we were comfortable when we arrived. We could not ask for better unit!!

  My family stayed in this unit and we absolutely loved it! This first floor condo was so convenient to the pool and only steps away from the beach. It was decorated beautifully and we enjoyed how spacious it was. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the upscale feel of everything. I would recommend this unit to anyone and will definitely stay here again.

  This is a lovely apartment with good size bedrooms. We came from England via Tampa and Okaloosa Island is well worth the journey. However I have already told the owner our critical comments. The view from the patio is not as shown, outside the patio is the pool machinery and it is always noisy. We chose this condo as it was at the end and we were disappointed in the very old/rusty patio furniture, the beach could only be seen when standing on tip toe. No beach equipment apart from two chairs, one was broken. Cleaning of visible areas is good. However we discovered ( after sleeping in it!) blood and other stains on the master mattress cover. We told the owner and had little response. We washed the linens. We also had to clean the washer and dryer before use. Lots of dust and food bits under the sofa. The equipment( TV, Washeretc) generally is very dated and for this 'platinum' level needs updating in our view. There is no Wi Fi and whilst, as advised by the owner, I bought an ethernet cable especially for our holiday the connection did not work.We enjoyed our holiday but communication with the owner was difficult especially regarding the return of our deposit which we wanted to settle before leaving. Despite this being to the advantage of the owner as he would have had to pay to wire us the refund he did not cooperate easily. We have rented a lot of places in Florida over the years and have to say that it has always been a much easier and friendlier transaction. I would suggest that the system of using a check as a deposit is fairer to both parties. My impression is that the owners are very worried about how renters might behave, maybe a local agent to greet us would put their minds at rest.

  Owner response: In response to her negative feed back. None of the patio furniture can rust. It is cast Aluminum. If you are shorter that 3 1/2' tall you will not see the beach due to the dunes but that is true with all 1st floor units. The blood stain she refered to was the size of a dime on the bed pad and as normal was cleaned with Clorox between rentals. The appliances are all stainless steel and were new when we took possession in 2008. The TV's are flat screen (tube Variety) and were new in 2006 along with the Bose system that is with it. As far a being difficult to get her deposit back, she was asking for her deposit back prior to checking out which was not part of the agreement. Having said that I did make special arrangements for her refund on the depost prior to her departure.

  The blend of wood furniture and beach accessories really sets this condo apart. Loved the mixture of tile in the main living areas and baths, and carpet in the bedrooms. The breeze on the patio is indescribable. TVs are in every room, and kitchen aid appliances and granite countertops were found in the kitchen. Can't go wrong in renting this condo!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My family and I had a great stay at the Azure. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The description the owner's gave sound really nice, but actually it was above and beyond my expectations! Again it was beautiful, clean and spacious; the pool is right out the door. The beach is a short walking distance. Sitting out on the patio watching the Sun set was incredible. The location couldn't be better. The rental process was really easy. Extremely nice owner, I called him on my way before we arrived, he offered assistance said if we had any questions please feel free to call. The pictures does not do justice this place is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend!!!

  We enjoyed the Azure condo, it couldn't have been more perfect. The condo was everything it claims to be. The furnishings were top of the line, the beach was absolutely beautiful. We have been to Cancun, Hawaii, Key West, St.Thomas, St. John, St. Croix and the Bahamas. this is by far the best beach we have ever been to !!! We particularly rented this condo because of the first floor location and the extremely short walk to the beach, 2 minutes and that was with a 4 year old getting distracted by the pool.
