  This was our second time staying at Mille Fleurs and I can't say enough how wonderful this villa lives up to the photos. It is a magnificent environment for a restful, luxurious vacation with the most beautiful view on the island! We have a hard time leaving the house to go anywhere when we are at Mille Fleurs because there is truly no need to find another spot for R&R. We hosted another lovely catered dinner party at the fabulous alfresco dining table and had a blast with our friends who live on island. Days spent moving around the pool from one sitting area to the next, shade to sun, to shade again, are the most delightful. The appointments of every room are fabulous. I can't recommend Mille Fleurs more highly for anyone seeking a restful getaway on an island that has it all, great beaches, fabulous food and restaurants, excellent shopping, or easy to find adventures.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

  I cannot say enough about Mille Fleurs and how amazing it truly is. I traveled with my family of 7 for New Years week and what a New Year celebration it was. From the gate opening and pulling into the villa it took all of our breaths away. It is a beautiful home and honestly the pictures don't do it justice. You have amazing views of the water and Anguilla and Saba. The pool is beautiful and the furniture surrounding it is inviting and comfortable. I fell asleep numerous days on the day bed. The house is immaculate and furnished beautifully. Jack (the owner) did a great job decorating and he was very helpful throughout the booking process and even up to going. He answered every and any question or concern that we had Carla (the housekeeper) does an amazing job and is so friendly and inviting. Fresh towels and sheets everyday and she is a nice friendly face to see and talk to everyday Upon arriving you feel like the Mille Fleurs is your own villa and she adds to this feeling by meeting every request. They have also thought of everything from bug spray...to candles...to games and numerous other extras. My entire family had a great week and cannot wait to return. As I type this we are planning our next visit. Thank you Jack!!

  Mille Fleurs is a BEAUTIFUL Villa! The view is truly a million dollar view of the turquoise blue ocean. The outdoor furniture is so very comfortable and invites an afternoon nap with the light ocean breeze keeping you comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. The Villa is appointed with everything you may need or want. Movies, books, games, etc. The beds are very comfortable. The daily maid service is so much more than just maid service. Carla is helpful, warm, and knows the Island well. We enjoyed amazing outdoor massages from Julia. What a treat! We enjoyed some of the best meals we have ever eaten at restaurants chosen from the list provided by Mille Fleures The local beach is close to the Villa. The sandy beach is great for sun bathing, swimming, or just walking. We probably should have taken advantage of more of the many activities the island has to offer but honestly, we were in need of some R&R and Mille Fleures is so incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing that we just didn't want to leave it! We'll be going back...you can count on it!

  We can not imagine a more romantic get away. Mille Fleurs exceded our expectations in every way. The photos we had seen were beautiful, but one must experience Mille Fleurs in person, enveloped by it's fragrences, gardens, weather, views, and elegant decor, to understand it's scale and to truly feel it's magic. The house was immaculate, and our every need, from bug spray to beach chairs, seemed to have been pre-considered by the owners. Hosts, Carla and Danny, were charming and exceptionally attentive, without infringing on our privacy. We felt very safe and totally relaxed within the walls of our private paradise. We feel so lucky to have experienced this, and highly reccomend Mille Fleurs! We enjoyed the quiet beauty of the beach at Plum Bay, just down the hill, and our favorite meal was at Tropicana in Marigot.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  (Continued) With all my inquiries regarding air conditioning, you were absolutely right... the house is perfect wide open with the tropical breezes and all one really needs is the a/c at night in the bedrooms. I will admit we had some issues with the mosquitoes, and I felt like I was a buffet for the little buggers every morning and evening. Carla arranged for the property to be sprayed a few days after we arrived, but the weather (overnight) wasn't terribly cooperative, and it rained almost every night, so in spite of the great effects of the bug spraying for a couple days, we weren't able to do it again during our stay. However, Carla ensured we had plenty of Off, and Eyan ensured we each had our own mosquito zapper, so we learned this too wasn't a big issue. We had an amazing stay, Jack. Thank you. When we return to SXM, you will be our first email, as we would love to stay at your beautiful home again in the future!

  Dear Jack, Life has finally settled down a bit since we've been home. Mille Fleurs helped to create such a special vacation this year, it's been a little challenging for me to think of how to write a review which adequately captures our experience.....You and Byron have definitely created a piece of heaven in Mille Fleurs. Every detail was done to perfection - small things in which you took the time to ensure your guests comfort - an incredibly comfortable mattress, soft bath towels, exceptional pillows (I'm going to order some up for us at our home)! All the mini flash lights, candles and candle holders... the insulated frozen mugs, the beer cozies, the insulated unbreakable tumblers for poolside enjoyment.... the IPod dock and surround sound speakers.....Really, you seemed to have anticipated your guests every desire.... .. soft and thick (not old and worn) beach and poolside towels, wonderfully comfortable poolside furniture, and two big refrigerators so one always had a cold drink! The environment was exactly what we were seeking.... big expansive view, all the privacy we could wish for, and a peaceful beautiful setting in which to unwind and decompress. I learned I really enjoy waking up early to a morning swim on a daily basis.... that pool is amazing. Talk about rejuvenating. We've rented homes in France, California, and St John. This was our first on SXM, in spite of 11 years visiting the island. This visit was extremely memorable, in part due to Mille Fleurs, and also in part due to the new friendships we gained in Carla and Eyan. They are both delightful, and were helpful in every single way imaginable. So very friendly, and made us feel "at home" the moment we arrived. Remember how I inquired with you about arranging for a cooking lesson while on the island? Well, Carla and I discussed this as well.... as it turns out Carla is quite the local cook herself. She offered to go to the market with me one day, and we spent a few hours cooking up indigenous local dishes, and I will remember this always. It was exactly what I was seeking, and after a morning of cooking, my husband and I enjoyed a truly memorable late luncheon with Carla and Eyan.... really, they are both gems.   6 gals wanted to get away from the frigid northeast and midwest so we met in St. Martin at this fabulous villa for a week of fun, sun and catching up. The villa is beautifully decorated with attention to detail at the forefront. The layout works well for families with children as well as just adults. A gourmet kitchen well stocked with all the accessories, two full sized refrigerator/freezers were exactly what we needed to separate our "beverages" from our food. We all like to cook so we gave the kitchen a good workout and prepared fantastic meals. The pool and view from the back of the villa is breathtaking. Perfect to watch the sun set. We took the short walk to Plum Bay Beach and soaked up the rays. The lovely Carla came each day to straighten up & make sure we had everything we needed. We wanted to bring her home with us. The grounds are beautifully kept by Eyan and we enjoyed chatting with him on his daily rounds. Both he and Carla gave us their local opinion of some fantastic places to visit. The owners were honest, efficient and faithful in responding to our questions and very helpful in making recommendations. Our group has rented villa's on other caribbean islands and in Europe and this was the most elegant and well kept place we have stayed in. Best croissants are at Serafinas, parasailing at Orient Beach, Ask Eyan for directions to the secret quiet beach perfect for just floating in the ocean or hiking the beach in search of conch shells. I'd recommend Mille Fleurs to anyone who appreciates good taste, style, beauty, serenity, and living their best life. Namaste

  My week at Mille Fleurs exceeded ALL expectations. The house and grounds are so beautiful. The attention to detail and top quality furnishings is evident in every aspect of the house. The owners went above and beyond to provide information we needed about the house and island which was so helpful prior to our departure and during our stay. The unbeliveable view from the pool is something you never get tired of. Same with the utter peace and tranquilty that surrounds you the whole time. Carla was precious and pampered us with her excellent service. It truly was the vacation of a lifetime.......many wonderful memories were made.

  Dear Jack: Villa Mille Fleurs is such a special place. We loved everything about it, from the location near Plum Bay, the spectacular view and sunsets, the pool, including the rubber duckies, the outdoor dining, the stocked bar, the comfortable beds and bedding, Maria, and the list could go on and on. My group (7 women) were not disappointed in anything. We kept pinching ourselves to make sure we were really staying in such a perfect spot.   Hello Jack! Our vacation exceeded all of our expectations in every way. Just to name a few, Pol, Marc and Maria. From the moment we arrived at your exquisite home until the moment we left , it was nothing shy of magnificent! We are all so truly grateful to you, Jack for what we will always remember as our best vacation ever. As if awakening to the stunning view was not enough , opening the door to Pol and Marcs decadent dishes wowed us every morning. They were so accommodating and helpful and oh so talented!
