Master Suite contains a king bed and a private full bath with large tiled walk in shower. Second bedroom contain a king bed and shares a bath down the hall with the third bedroom that contains 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have large double closets with plenty of built in cabinets for storing all your personal items.
The large open living/dinning room (complete with built in bar) is the perfect place to enjoy a TV show or share dinner for 6 at the two tone inlayed dinning table. The kitchen is fully stocked and is open to the living/dinning room which is perfect for entertaining or spending quality family time.
Going to the beach has never been so easy. Grab the beach cart that is stocked with cooler, beach bag, beach towels, umbrellas, sand chairs, boogie boards, flippers and other beach toys and away you go! Walk the very short block and have fun. Coming home has never been easier too. Enter either through the garage or from the outside shower to the laundry room. Deposit wet items either in the washer or on the outdoor clothes line. No need to track sand through the house as an extra toilet is located in the laundry room. The private fully enclosed outside shower is perfect for washing the sand and salt off or experiencing the freedom of showering under the stars. Both a wet and a dry seat are built right in with plenty of shelving and hooks.
Everything you need is here and the rear screened porch is just perfect in the morning for sipping coffee or evening with your favorite beverage. If you want a bit of action, that is simple to find. Everything you can imagine is either within walking distance or just a short drive away. Daytona and all it’s attractions is just 10 minutes down A1A. Orlando and St. Augustine are just an hour away. Flagler Beach and pier is just 15 minutes away.
