RISE ABOVE THE REST ON THE 20TH FLOOR!! This fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located near the elevators with TWO BEACH FRONT MASTER BEDROOMS. It has been beautifully furnished by a designer with great southern charm. THE VIEW IS WONDERFUL!!
We have even included BEACH CHAIRS for you. You will find TWO BEACH CHAIRS and an UMBRELLA reserved just for your unit!!!!
We have the best location and two luxury pools overlooking the beach and a whirlpool spa. The pool boats a poolside cafe and steam treatment rooms. The beautiful lobby includes an event center, fitness center and free access to a DVD movie library. During peak vacation season, we have a supervised Kid's Club onsite.
Just around the corner is the spectacular Pier Park. There are all kinds of restaurants. Panera Bread, Longhorn Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville and last but certainly not least a STARBUCKS. Just to name a few.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with lots of comfortable pillows. There is a 32" LCD Flat Screen TV with a DVD player too. The Master Bath has a large walk in shower and a really large tub to soak the day away. You can even access the balcony from this room.
The Second Master Bedroom is just as fabulous as the first. There is another king size bed with a romantic canopy. The view of the gulf is magnificent. There is another 32" LCD Flat Screen TV with a DVD player. This bath has dual sinks and lots of room.
The Third Bedroom is for the kids. They will be occupied until bedtime with a 32" LCD Flat Screen TV and a Playstation 2 with games.
There are baby items as well. Don't worry about hauling the pack-n-play with you. We've got one along with a portable high chair too.
The Kitchen is well equipped. It has everything you want in your kitchen at home. We even have a shrimp butler to peel your shrimp. There are lots of platters and dishes for entertaining or just feeding a hungry crew. The large breakfast bar with three bar stools is great for a quick snack before you head to the beach.
The Living Room is spacious with a large Queen sleeper sofa and lots of chairs for everyone. The entertainment center, sports a 42" PLASMA Flat panel TV with a DVD/CD home theater system with surround sound. There is free high speed internet available in the unit.
The Dining Area has a large table with plenty of seating for the whole family. There is a sideboard full of board games and a library for your reading pleasure. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the gulf while eating dinner.
This condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. You can't go wrong with unit 2002. The views are spectacular and the fun abounds.
