Welcome to our home away from home in Kelowna! Kelowna Waterfront Resort #1701 is a large, comfortable three bedroom condo, located right on the water in downtown Kelowna, with easy access to all Kelowna shops and major tourist attractions. It has a very well-designed floor plan with two bathrooms and a large, comfortable living area.
Kelowna Waterfront Resort is a new building in 2006, complete with tennis courts, both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, lobby and additional meeting rooms. The Resort is located on the boardwalk that runs by the lake's edge, and close by the wildlife park, for great exposure to the beauties of the lake. A man-made lagoon comes into the Resort, right below the balconies for this unit, where boat-parking space is available.
#1701 has one of the most outstanding VIEWS in the entire tower, facing directly onto the lake, which can be seen from anywhere in the living-room, and either of the two balconies. A convenient sitting area looks right down onto the beach and lakefront activities.
Some have called the view simply BREATH-TAKING.
The kitchen includes granite countertops and a full complement of high-quality cook-ware for the fussiest chef. There are complete facilities with stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. And the laundry facilities in the unit will take care all your cleaning and drying needs!
The Master Bedroom comes complete with an ensuite, provided with soaps, shampoos and hair-dryer. The second bathroom is convenient for guests sleeping in the front room. The third bedroom is a great room for the kids to sleep!
