Enjoy the beauty and quiet of pristine Lake Keowee in this designer decorated two bedrooms, three and a half baths town home. The master suite features stunning views of Lake Keowee and a beautiful king size bed with sitting area and private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, and oversized vanity with double sinks. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, sitting area and full private bath and Flat screen wall mounted TV with DVD Player. The terrace level provides a theater room, half kitchen, play area, full bathroom and two sleeper sofas and a day bed. Great for children's private sleeping area or a play/tv room. The terrace level would also be a great private area to be used as a bedroom since you have a full living area on the ground level. All bedrooms feature LCD TV and WiFi throughout.
The open floor plan features gourmet stainless steel and granite kitchen, spacious living room and dining combination, with large LCD TV, DVD and Bose Stereo on the 1st level as well as a delightful screen porch and sun deck both with great water views. Situated only steps to the lake and shoreline walkway in Stoneledge, this unit offers a truly relaxed, luxury vacation getaway.
In addition you’re only steps away from a beautiful community pool, clubhouse and fitness center, children’s play park and lighted tennis court.
Local marinas offer boat and Jet Ski rentals and a private boat slip is available on site. Pets may be allowed with approval by owner. There is a pet deposit. Part of it is non-refundable.

Why the Owner Chose West Union
My husband and I have vactioned all over the world. We live near the lake and had looked for a home on the lake for years. Finally, we found Stoneledge, an upscale gated community with wonderful ammenities such as a large pool, clubhouse with an exercise room, tennis courts and a childrens play area. We love the flexibiliy of being able to walk out of our villa and be right at our dock or at the pool. Such a bonus. You don't need any transportation to get to the dock or the pool. The end unit gave us the convenience of being able to park and walk right into our villa as well as barely having anyone connected to you. This is the perfect vacation spot. On clear days you can see the mountains. The water is one of the most pristine lakes in the USA. There is peace and quiet yet just minutes from places to eat and shop. This is the best place we have found to vacation and would love for you to stay in comfortable luxury in our home. You won't be disappointed. If you need noise and chaos... then this would not be the place for you.
You can sit on the deck, screened porch or terrace level lanai and watch the water and the wildlife. It is so peaceful you will never want to leave.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You are steps away from the pool and clubhouse. The kitchen is a gourmet delight. You have everything you need at your fingertips. The Villa is an end unit which gives you extra views as well as extra privacy. Parking is right at the door and you don't have a long way to bring in groceries or you luggage. The master bedroom is a luxurious sanctuary with a window seat for reading or watching TV or gazing at the lake. The master bath is luxurious with an extra large his and hers vanity, a glassed shower and an over sized jetted tup with lots of room to relax and unwind. Downstairs is a theater room or can be used as a luxurious 3rd bedroom or separate family area. A TV with an extra refrigerator and microwave with wet bar make this the perfect party space or kids area.

Dear Kathy and Chris, Your place is so lovely and sure hope it's available the next time we're this way. Clemson beat Carolina 31-14-Yeah Tigers. We even took our 22 month old Conner and she helped cheer them on. We are a divided house so some were grieving. Conner enjoyed sleepin the the "sitting area" and we all slept soundly in these great beds. It was rainy and chilly so there was no hiking but what a beautiful place. We didn't need a thing!!
