Very comfortable, quiet, spacious, light, Non-Smoking Condominium in the beautiful Mesquite Country Club - A gated community with an 18 hole golf course. This condo is in Phase 1 and faces E Ramon. This is an End Unit on the Ground floor with a view of the pool & Spa from the living room. Sit outside and relax on one of the two patios. The 2nd patio is outside the bedroom and houses a laundry with full size washer & drier. There is a Queen-size bed , 2 night stands and a dressor and a full length mirrored closet in the bedroom with plenty of room for storage.There is also a queen-size leather sofa sleeper with feather mattress in the living room. There is also a double bed electric air mattress in the bedroom closet. There is a 32 inch HDTV in the bedroom.
The newly remodelled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay with modern appliances. The dining room has a table and seats 4. There is a 46 inch HDTV in the living room with DVD. VCR and stereo system and a TV in the bedroom.
The Telephone is unlimited long distance in Canada and the USA with a DSL connection for the internet & wireless internet is available.an Ipod docking radio.
Just two miles from the Main Strip. Very Close to the Airport and Shopping.

Great condo with a beautiful kitchen - with deluxe dishes, cutlerly, gadgets, etc. Huge bedroom (and closet) with great mattress. Linens/towels first class. We loved our stay in this great condo - so close to the pool - and very close to downtown Old Palm Springs. It was immaculately clean when we arrived - and was exactly as described and in the pictures on the VRBO site. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone - or to rent again ourselves. The owner - Judith - was a pleasure to deal with.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We stayed for 10 days in early January of 2013 and really enjoyed our time here. The condo is nicely set up for a couple, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything one could need for a great holiday. The pool area was peaceful and literally steps from the little patio, the parking place is again, steps from the front door, and Judith (the owner) was attentive and kind and prompt in all communication. The condo was exactly what was advertised and the pictures shows precisely what greeted us when we arrived. We found the bed comfortable and there was tons of closet space. Judith has this condo nicely set up for guests. We rented bikes for the week and pedalled all over Palm Springs, the tennis court was rarely used and we could walk right on any time of day. It was a lovely stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, people with disabilities.

Great location in complex - needs king bed for sure - some noise from Ramon - very clean - close to pool was nice Great owner would help in any wayRecommended for: Age 55+.

This condo is very comfortable and spacious. Everything is provided. A Home away from home. The new appliances in the kitchen are user friendly. The pool and spa can be seen from the living room and easily accessible. The complex is quiet with plenty of walking tracks and of coarse the Golf coarse is right at your door. Easily accessed from the airport & the city of Palm Springs. There is a feather mattress on the bed which is very luxurious to sleep on if you so desire. I love to walk around the golf coarse. I like to experience the Thursday night street fair in downtown Palm Springs. The outlet mall of Cabazon. The dining experiences. The crab Pot is excellent. There's a Lobster buffet, all you can eat at the Augustine casino on a Saturday night.
The local spas, Friday is ladies day at desert Hot springs, a treat I always enjoy.
