This colonial home was remodeled in the last few years. However, the new owners have plans to revamp the entire property. Now is the time to enjoy while the prices are economical. This is the first time that Casa Merida as been offered as a "vacation" home.

  • We loved Merida and staying at Casa Merida. The location of this home was great. It allowed us to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go--the main square, Paseo Montejo, Santa Ana, Santa Lucia, etc. The home was clean and comfortable--great accomodations, value, and property manager. Convenient to the bus and when we wanted to take a taxi, we were amazed at how quickly they arrived. We had previously stayed at a small, boutique hotel and the noise and traffic were terrible. We spent more money per night for one small hotel room than we did at this house. What a difference it was to enjoy a home on a quieter street.
