Welcome to one of the best located ocean front houses in all of San Diego. It's called "Villa Ocean Front" vacation rental. You are in the very heart of San Diego! . This house is OCEAN FRONT--located along the spectacular pacific ocean in Famous Sunset Cliffs. You are surrounded by an incredible amount of natural unspoiled beauty in this outstanding location. Weddings are held along Sunset Cliffs year round, that is how beautiful it is. This is the only house on Sunset Cliffs with a GIANT-650 square foot Ocean Front deck with a custom Jacuzzi built into it! You can unwind and relax while overlooking the ocean blue. Breathe in the refreshing ocean air and feel the warm sunshine and cool ocean breezes. The temp along the ocean is 65-75 degrees 300 days out of the year. San Diego has a micro climate. The temp only varies as little a 8-10 degrees from high to low each day. It's heavenly. At night, the ocean waves can peacefully put you to sleep. When you visit San Diego, do it right and rent oceanfront, it will be an experience and you will NEVER FORGET!
This house has hosted some stars and celebrities over the years and we want to add you to the list. Many rent the house for wedding receptions, for the family trip, a perfect business rental for the San Diego convention center which is very close. It's a great house no matter what you are coming to San Diego for. The ocean is so peaceful and beautiful, you'll be glad it's right in front of you! This house has 2 stories with 20 foot high cathedral ceilings on the 2nd floor, it feels huge, with lots of light. The view from the 2nd floor is breath taking. Some homes along the ocean here have just one single story and some homes have a parking lot across the street obstructing some of your ocean view. If you are an ocean view lover like me, this is the home for YOU!!!
"Villa Ocean Front" vacation rental accommodates up to 14 people. We just added 600 thread count bed linens with 6-7 beds total. Along with the large ocean front deck in the front, there is a nice smaller deck (approx 350 sq ft) in the back complete with a BBQ and marble fire pit table. That’s about 1000 square feet of prime outdoor living, and entertaining space. About 3500 square feet of total living space inside and out. You can walk down to the fruit trees on the property and pick your own fresh limes and lemons almost year round. True California living. There is a 2nd Jacuzzi in the back yard which is more private and holds up to 6 people.
The house was also recently updated with THREE BRAND NEW flat screen HD TV's. One is a 52 inch LCD TV with a 120 MHZ picture. Combine that with a brand new Bose surround sound entertainment system built into the wall and blue ray disc player and you feel like you're at the movies.
Downstairs in one bedroom we put a brand new 50 inch Plasma flat screen TV on the wall. It comes complete with a sound system that is top of the line. There is the ever popular Nintendo Wii gaming system along with a bunch of video games, Tiger Woods 2007 PGA, Guitar Hero, and a few others.
In the Master Bed room we have an Ipod standup speaker that is 4 feet high which plays all Ipods with great sound. The 3rd TV in the master bedroom has a smaller Bose sound system to watch TV & DVDS, and a 32 inch LCD flat screen TV. All cable boxes come with HD premium 300+ channels. There is a cable modem for the internet and FREE WiFi internet access throughout the house along with free long distance calling to the US-48 states.
You can sit back in the living room and look out to that gorgeous ocean blue, maybe you'll see a family of dolphins swimming by, or Grey whales migrating in the winter time! Bring your camera!
Upon request, We also added, a (WE)=(Weekend)which is Friday and Saturday nights, on the rates page-that stands for (weekend). A NEW one day rate is also available for special occasions, please inquire.
For ALL WEEKLY bookings, the price is ALL INCLUSIVE, the taxes and cleaning fee's are included in the price. For all rentals, we require a 50% down payment, and the balance within 60 days of your stay. For bookings farther out, we require 50 % down, and the balance, which includes security deposit and state rental tax (10.5%), and 150.00 cleaning fee due 60 days before your stay. Only the security deposit of 500.00 is also due, which is refundable if no damage. Prices listed reflect a 3% discount for cash, check or money orders. For payments via Paypal or credit cards, there is a 3% fee. We want to make your trip as enjoyable as possible, so please email us with any special requests you may have. Why the Owner Chose Sunset Cliffs
This home here in Ocean Beach/ Point Loma has an incredible view, and the location is overall the best in San Diego to get to everything, especially downtown which is very close. It's a very unique area with a 1 1/2 mile stretch of land called Sunset Cliffs Natural Park. A walk or drive along the ocean here you will see cliffs as much as 100+ feet above the ocean, surfers, and people just out enjoying life and the surroundings. Also to go downtown which is important for many guests-- is very easy from this location. It's very close to many, many other attractions basically making it the perfect rental area in my opinion. But what really sold me was the ocean view, it is priceless. You will see many come with their camera's every night to catch that incredible sunset like a nightly ritual. It's a special place, one that you will be glad you rented. I've been all over San Diego, this is the right place to come and visit, you are in the heart of it all.
The Unique Benefits at this Ocean Front House
The View, The View, and the View. Actually, we had a 650 square foot ocean front deck built off the living room and added a jacuzzi sunken into the deck which is incredible! You can unwind and look up at the stars at night or get in to that 104 degree water and look out to the ocean blue, the only house on the entire street like this. There is a 2nd Jacuzzi in the back yard, along with the fire pit, BBQ grill, a lemon and lime tree on the property. It's awesome.

A longtime business owner for over 20 years, this has become a fun and exciting business. Since buying the house almost 5 years ago, we have invested approx 250K into making it a great rental. We added the very large ocean front deck along with the ocean front Jacuzzi which is fabulous when you unwind in it as you look out to that incredible ocean. Recently we added brand new Maple wood floors, new tile in the kitchen, and new plush carpeting on the 1st floor and master bedroom. The house has new paint inside and out and landscaping too. The view from the 2nd floor and ocean front deck will keep you coming back for many more years. It's a tremendous location, and priced very fairly for an Ocean front fun house.
