  I know it's pretty unusual for most vacationers to go to PCB in November, so don't know how helpful this review will be to others. We had an incredible time! The weather was a little cold but walks on the beach were beautiful. The condo is perfect...very clean, comfortable, modern and not at all beach~worn. The views from those floor~to~ceiling windows and the balcony are spectacular...sparkly water, beautiful sunrises, very cool watching the stingrays "fly" in the water. After dinners out, we spent the evenings looking out at the twinkling lights of PCB and watching great foottball games on the flat screen TV!! Not too many restaurants open...but some of the ones Kathy recommended were...and were great (especially the Pasta Grill!). Beach service wasn't around at this time of year (and we wouldn't have wanted it, either)...but the gym at this resort is really nice, ...you can run on a treadmill looking directly out at the ocean. Besides beachwalking, another fun thing to do at this time of year is visit the state park. Beautiful and completely deserted beaches there, too, but also easy hiking (more like strolling) trails. We saw deer and alligators up close. Before we arrived, Kathy sent very specific and helpful instructions re: condo and the resort itself......also lots of PCB maps in the condo. What a fun Thanksgiving!!! Would definitely recommend this condo, but for people who like a very nice place to stay, not really for a family with kids who jump on furniture with sandy feet or wet bathing suits.

  Hi Kathy, I’ve been meaning to email you…..the trip was great! No oil anywhere. The condo was awesome! The family really liked the views and accommodations. We went deep sea fishing, snorkeling in the bay and off the beach, (found sand dollars and shells, and jellyfish!) And we went swimming with the dolphins but they were not too cooperative, we did at least get within 20 feet of them. We also came back with 3 extra critters: hermit crabs. Thanks so much for everything, we really enjoyed it and will recommend it to friends and family if they plan a trip to PCB. Thanks - Damon

  I stayed here twice already and on my first trip there I booked it again on the spot!! I have stayed at other units in the building but fell in love with this one. The decor and the views are second to none. You have a beautiful view of the water and the beach which looks like a scene from a post card. The beach is always clean and having jet-ski rental on the beach is a huge plus. It truly feels like Scott and Kathy open their home to you while on your stay. I can't say enough nice things about my stay there. It is always a destination of mine two times a year. Thanks for the GREAT experience!!!!!

  This PCB Condo is everything it says it is and more. There is something to do for all. The Ocean Views are spectacular, beach is georgeous. Beach Service is like no other. The condo itself is like staying at the Ritz or a Four Seasons Hotel. It's decor is a wonderful change from the normal "beachy" decor. We truly felt that this condo wasn't stayed in or played in by a bunch of "Spring Breakers" it's too nice for that. We plan to make this our every year vacation Condo. The condo is within walking distance to Peir Park, Grand Movie Theatres and the new Peir. Our family had a wonderful time here - many forever memories were made. Thank you Kathy & Scott for sharing your home with us. Michael
