This Sunnyside cottage has a spectacular gulf view and is located at the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. This is an area of unobscured views of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'". The sunroom offers a gorgeous view and a great place to relax after a day of swimming, tanning, or walking along the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Many enjoy grilling out and eating their meals on the deck under the stars. For the adventurous type, there is jet skiing within a quarter of a mile of the beach cottage. This is the perfect area for a beach wedding. I also have other rentals in this immediate area for other family members.
This cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and all of your linens are provided. We have brand new hardwood floors throughout the entire home. You can not imagine the magnificant sunset from the deck of your vacation cottage. Be sure to bring your camera to catch all those special moments.
This cottage is located at Sunnyside, and only minutes from the new airport and all the major attractions. Pier Park, which is the new entertainment complex, includes Dillards, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and The Grand Movie Cinema are only 5 miles from your vacation cottage. Ripley's Believe It or Not, Putt Putt, and Shipwreck Island are less than 10 minutes. We are 1.5 miles from Thomas Doughnuts (which has the best doughnuts you will ever taste).
