Our Beautiful Beach Cottage is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home-away-from home it's steps to our beautiful Mission Bay and a few more steps to the Pacific Ocean. Featuring a private fenced yard very safe for toddlers. With a gas BBQ, and an out door eating area. It is within a 5-10 minute walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shops..
Our beautiful cottage is equipped with ceiling fans in each room for warmer days. You have off street parking for 1 vehicle up to a small mid size SUV.

- Futon couch in the living room for fifth person
- Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys for the kid

RATES:
- SUMMER: (May 25, 2013 through September 9, 2013): $1,550.00 (7 nights)
- OFF SEASON: (September 11, 2012 through May 24, 2013): $1,085.00 per week
- $185.00 nightly (3 night minimum)
- 2,400.00 Monthly (30 nights) Not in June, July or August
- NOTE: All rentals are subject to a 10.5% San Diego Sales Tax (except for rentals of one month or more)
GENERAL POLICIES:
- A maximum of five individuals is allowed.
- Check-in time is 3:30 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am.
- No pets allowed
- No smoking is allowed
PAYMENT POLICY:
- A deposit of 25% of total reserved time, based on above rates, is required at time of reservation.
- A $100.00 refundable security deposit is required.
- $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
- Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date.
- Personal Checks preferred.
- Credit card payment w/small fee (2.9%US, 4% Intl) via PayPal.
- All Rentals subject to a 10.5% Tax, except for rentals of one mo or more.
- Out-of-county payments require cashier's checks or international money orders.
- Phone cards are needed for long-distance calls.

Our family of 4 rented this Mission Beach House and we had a fabulous time and really enjoyed ourselves. The rental was very well kept and provided all that we needed...internet, kitchen supplies, comfortable furniture, beautiful setting, etc. We enjoyed having the beach close – the Bay and the Ocean. Very convenient especially when you have young kids. The house was located in a great area by Mission Beach, walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again when we return.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Very cute cottage, great location as others have said to beach and bay. Outside toys were so appreciated! Very clean, everything in working order. The only thing we had issue with was the remote control and we replaced the batteries! We had to leave early, wish we could have stayed longer, planning our trip back next year. This was a great house for my girlfriends and I to have our annual rendezvous in San Diego. Perfect for 3-4 friends or a small family. All of the amenities were really thought out and the house is well maintained. The best part was definitely all the beach goodies available in the outdoor closets. Our family of 5 stayed here as our last stop over on a 3.5 week holiday in California. What a perfect way to end a somewhat hectic but thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Perfectly positioned and well appointed we were so happy to stay in this gorgeous cottage. We strolled around the bay and beach and just around the corner is a lovely cafe with great coffee. Close to Seaworld and only a half hour drive to Legoland, this was the perfect place for us to stay and see the sites beautiful San Diego has to offer.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Located steps from Mission Bay and steps from Mission Beach, the location and accommodations could not be more perfect. So perfect, this is our family's second time staying here! Very clean and equipped with all the necessities plus some. The description and photos are accurate. The owner's are kind and easy to reach should you need them. Peaceful and quiet. Eating and relaxing on the patio was a real highlight. My children and I are excited to return.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this adorable beach house in Mission Beach. The location was perfect as we were steps from the bay and the beach. We had the best of both worlds. There were so many places to eat within walking distance along with surf shops to rent surf boards. The accomidations were excellent. The house was clean and met all of our needs. The beds were comfortable, the space was just right, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our home cooked meals after a day at the beach. The patio area was enjoyed for many family meals as well. I would highly recommend this place for couples or families looking for a place to stay while enjoying all the attractions of Mission Beach! You really can't get a better location than this!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing.

Family with 2 daughters age 12 and 11 enjoyed our stay. We take several trips to San Diego every year and usually stay at nearby hotels. It was great to have more room and have a fully equipt kitchen. It is close to locals restaurants including our favorite place for breakfast the Mission Inn. Saska's, a locals beach steakhouse for years, is also a couple of blocks away. Everything including grocery stores and landry within walking distance. Catamaran hotel is a couple of blocks away if you want to rent boats or take a cruise on the bay on the hotel paddle wheel. The hotel also has a nice happy hour with drink and food specials where you can sit outside and enjoy the views. Cottage is clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed. Outside area with small yard is also a good place to sit and relax. You are within a few feet of the quieter "Bayside Walk" beach, and a few hundred feet of the more adventurous ocean side boardwalk and of course the crashing waves. Owner Rose was our primary contact and was professional and courteous in our communications. She even provided a picture of the small parking place when I had question as to what size vehicle would fit. We had a great time and look forward to return visits.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Looking forward to a return visit. Living in the Pacific Northwest now, It's great fun traveling to San Diego as a tourist given I was born and raised in Pacific Beach. My wife and I bring our kids to visit their grandparents, and we've stayed in a number of hotels, cottages, and homes. This particular property is perfectly suited for a laid-back Mission Beach vacation. The front lawn and patio, the proximity to both the beach and bay, and the amenities of the home itself will have us coming back for years to come. We enjoyed the cottage and would definitely stay again, you could walk 1 block to the bay and 2 blocks to the ocean and the kids loved it. It had everything a small group needed for an enjoyable stay. It was cutely decorated, well appointed and very clean. Only suggestion is to use the 1st bathroom shower as it worked better then the master shower. Thanks RoseRecommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
