Our Beautiful Beach Cottage has a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home-away-from home is steps to our beautiful Mission Bay and a few more steps to the Pacific Ocean. Featuring a private fenced yard very safe for toddlers with a gas BBQ, and an out door eating area. It is within a 5-10 minute walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shops..

Our beautiful cottage is equipped with ceiling fans in each room for warmer days. You have off street parking for 1 vehicle up to a small midsize SUV.

- Master Bedroom w/ queen bed, and private full bath
- Second Bedroom w/ queen bed and full shower
- Futon couch in the living room for fifth person
- Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, plenty of beach toys for the kids
- Out door shower hot/cold water
- Within walking distance to restaurants, super market, shops & Belmont Amusement Park
- A short drive to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and other local attractions. It is a perfect getaway!

RATES:

- SUMMER (Memorial Day through Labor Day): $1,650.00 per week, Saturday to Saturday only.
- OFF SEASON (All other dates): $1,250.00 per week
- $195.00 per night (off season) for broken weeks with a 3 night min.
- NOTE: All rentals are subject to a 10.5% tax, except for rentals of one month or more.

GENERAL POLICIES:
- A maximum of five individuals is allowed.
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out is 10:30 am.
- No pets allowed
- No smoking is allowed

PAYMENT POLICY:

- A deposit of 25% of total reserved time, based on above rates, is required at time of reservation.
- A $300.00 refundable security deposit is required.
- $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
- Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date.
- Payments must be made via check or money order, we do not currently take credit cards.
- Out-of-county payments require cashier's checks or international money orders.
- Phone cards are needed for long-distance calls.

  • Incredibly cute place; wonderful location; and tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and maintained, with all of the equipment and utinsels you will ever need even if you bring nothing from home. You can walk to the beautiful ocean or bay beaches even without putting on your shoes if you want. A very cute and charming place to stay in an excellent location.

  • We had a wonderful stay at Rose's beach house. The house was clean and inviting. My 3 year old son loved that it was steps to the beach and all my husband and I heard each morning was "can we go to the beach now." We hope to return one day.

  • 6/15/2009 thru 6/19/2009 Our family of four had a fabulous stay at Rose's cottage!!! Not only was it beautiful, it was bright, sunny and spotless. We loved BBQing and eating outside in the lush backyard. There was every thing included. Including kids beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc... Everything was so close. We walked to the beach and the bay every day and evry evening. Stores, restaurants,etc. was all within walking distance. It was the perfect vacation! Thank you, Rose.
