Located in a new development in a quiet area of Arizona, with 1,800 square feet of living space. Centrally air-conditioned and heated, Wood blinds on all windows. Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Pantry, Breakfast area, Family room, Den/office, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a huge walk-in closet and a full ensuite bathroom with double sinks and separate tub and shower.
The home is located on a large, landscaped corner lot with a park behind it and features a covered patio and a two car garage. The home is furnished with new furniture and has a fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are inside the home, in the laundry room.
There is a 46-inch flat-screen LCD TV with a DVD player in the family room, and a 32-inch flat-screen LCD TV in the den/office. Telephone service, cable TV and high-speed wireless internet are available.
Location: East of Queen Creek, near the corner of Ironwood and Ocotillo, in the Pecan Creek South subdivision of San Tan Valley. 15 minutes drive from Arizona 202 or US 60 freeways.
Close to shopping and restaurants. Only two miles from the Links at Queen Creek golf course, also near Apache Sun, Las Colinas, Johnson Ranch and other golf courses.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about a 40 minute drive.

Our second winter in this spacious home is now coming to an end. Once again we have really enjoyed our stay here. The home owners are such nice people and worked very hard to make sure everything was just perfect. The home is large, comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. We have enjoyed the big screen TVs and the ability to use our laptop computer with the available wireless router.This year we had a phone that we could use to make calls anywhere in the country at no charge. The house is tastefully decorated and supplied with most everything we need. The home is large enough to entertain overnight guests without a problem. We are close to the Links of Queen Creek Golf Course so we enjoyed golfing there frequently. There is a park right behind the house. It's fun to sit on the patio and watch the children in the park but they are far enough away so the noise is no problem at all. We have really enjoyed our 3 months here and will certainly come back to this house when we are going to be in this area.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

My husband and I have spent Jan., Feb, and March 1012 in this wonderful Queen Creek home. We have thouroughly enjoyed our time here. The owners were here to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything that needed explaining. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the patio in the morning and early afternoon. The sun was pretty bright in the later afternoon. We enjoyed having enough room to have visitors comfortably. Everyone who visited was also impressed with how comfortable our "winter home" is! We really enjoyed the big screen TV and the wide selection of Cable channels. We love to golf and really appreciated being so close to The Links of Queen Creek golf course. We will come back to stay in this house again. We have enjoyed a wonderful 3 months in Arizona!!Recommended for: Age 55+.
