New home in quiet area of Arizona, with 1,800 square feet: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Pantry, Breakfast area, Family room, Den/office, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including master bedroom with a queen size bed, a huge walk-in closet and a full ensuite bathroom with double sinks and separate tub and shower). Centrally air-conditioned and heated, Wood blinds on all windows.

The home is located on a large, landscaped corner lot with a park behind it and features a covered patio and a two car garage. The home is furnished with new furniture and has a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, including a smooth top range, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator. The refrigerator has an ice and filtered cold water dispenser. A coffee maker, teakettle, toaster, blender, mixer, food processor and full sets of cookware, cutlery, dinnerware, glassware and flatware are also provided. Washer and dryer are inside the home, in the laundry room.
There is a 46" flat-screen LCD TV with a DVD player in the family room. Telephone service, Cable TV and high-speed internet are available.

Location: North Queen Creek, near Ironwood and Ocotillo, in the Pecan Creek South subdivision. Close to shopping, restaurants, only two miles from the Links at Queen Creek golf course, also near Las Colinas Golf Club and Johnson Ranch golf course, 10 minutes from Arizona 202 and US 60 freeways. Phoenix International Airport is about a 40 minute drive, and nearby Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport is only about 15 minutes drive with Allegiant Air flights from and to Bellingham, WA; Billings, MT; Bismarck, ND; Cedar Rapids, IA; Chicago/Rockford, IL; Eugene, OR; Fargo, ND; Great Falls, MT; Medford, OR; Missoula, MT; Peoria, IL; Rapid City, SD; Redmond/Bend, OR; Sioux Falls, SD; and Springfield, MO.
