The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Coachella valley is becoming more of a destination point than ever before. There is so much to do here you can never get bored. Yet Palm Springs still has that "small town" atmosphere, and it is a wonderful place to do nothing but relax as well. All of the casinos have been upgraded and remodeled, and entertainment offered is excellent year round.... The McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert is close by, and features a wonderful calendar of shows; there is always something good to see. Don't forget the fabulous, "Palm Springs Follies" in downtown. Come and enjoy the sun and fun!

We bought this condo as a retirement home in 2004, and upgraded everything as we planned to live there fulltime. We were lucky to get an upstairs end unit, which has the extra window in the dining area making the unit bright and airy. We love the desert so much, we bought another home here, and mostly use this condo for visiting family when they come. It is more than a rental, and we take pride in the special amenities we afford our guests. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

My husband and I rented the condo for 6 nights and loved it! It had everything we needed and accessable to downtown Palm Springs. The pool is located right outside of the condo and was always kept clean and everyone was pleasant. We will definitely be planning another visit soon.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

We spent almost two weeks at this condo. It was clean, and beautifully decorated. We had a hard time leaving as we felt so at home here. The owner was very trustworthy and friendly. Great view of mountains and pool area. Loved the location of this condo as it is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
