We DO NOT rent to anyone under 21 years old and have never allowed smoking in the unit. A copy of a Driver's license is required for rental.

Year Purchased: 2004
My husband and I bought this condo as a retirement home in 2004. We upgraded everything as we planned to live there forever. We were lucky to get an upstairs end unit, which has the extra window in the dining area making the unit bright and airy. We love the desert so much, we bought another home here, and mostly use this condo for visiting family when they come. It is more than a rental, and we take pride in the special amenities we afford our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are enough basics such as coffe, filters, laundry detergent, etc. so you don't feel a need to rush to the market as soon as you arrive. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The Coachella valley is becoming more of a destination point than ever before. There is so much to do here you can never get bored. Yet Palm Springs still has that "small town" atmosphere, and it is a wonderful place to do nothing but relax as well. All of the casinos have been upgraded and remodeled, and entertainment offered is excellent year round....Jay Leno was here in June, and Kelly Clarkson in July. The McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert had the record for most ticket sales of any theatre in the US for it's 2008/09 season, and there is always something good to see. This year's season includes the wonderful Broadway Play "Chicago" Don't forget the fabulous, "Palm Springs Follies". Come and enjoy the sun and fun!
