This condo is absolutely wonderful and has all the benefits of home and more! The interior is very clean, well kept, and well stocked with everything you'd need (sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc). There is a laundry conveniently located downstairs. The grounds are breathtaking and very well cared for with a small fish pond and food that the kids can use for feeding. We loved walking over to the harbor for fish and chips and strolling down the Pier in the evening to Ruby's Diner. Tuesday after 4pm the kids eat free. We went to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo and loved both. We bought the 3 for 1 pass at Costco and it was a great deal since you can visit the Zoo, Sea World and Wild Safari park as many times as you want in a 7-day stay. We rode the guided bus tour twice and loved it both times, it's a great way to see the majority of the zoo and out guides gave great and different information. We sat on the top and switched sides for each of the rides. The first time we went to Sea World, we rode the Coaster and we definitely wouldn't do that again. It took a long time and then we had to transfer to the bus to get to Sea World. Then we had to make sure that we caught the bus in time to catch the train home and we missed all the night shows at Sea World. So, we drove back the next day and we were so glad to not have to worry about catching a bus or the train, especially with little children. The night shows at Sea World are the BEST! Danielle is easy to work with, communicates well, and very fair. We will definitely keep this place at the top of our list for a return trip!

We stayed in early December and boy what a treat it was, coming in to the unit and being welcomed with a basket of goodies. The unit has an amazing fireplace that i have not seen in others and the building is right next to the oceanfront building. So 30 or 40 feet to walk to the ocean. The unit is right front near the beach with beautiful ocean and ground views. The unit is completely remodeled and beautiful 5 star decor and free wifi with free movie channels. We will come back every year, we loved this unit. Thank you, Danielle

My husband and I took our 12 year old son here for a week this July. It was our first time renting a condo so we didn't know what to expect. It more than exceeded our expectations. Danielle's condo is beautiful and she has everything you need. The unit is wonderfully located with easy access to the pool and beach. It was peaceful watching the waves from the balcony while we readied for our day of fun. The beach in front of the complex is quite clean compared to the one which has easier public access closer to the pier. The jetty north of the complex was fun for seeing fishermen, starfish, crabs and surfers. We saw dolphins right off of the jetty joining the surfers in riding the waves - it was breathtaking! We certainly will return and want to thank Danielle for her quick responses in answering all of our questions.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, however, don't look for your deposit check to be returned by the owner. The condo looked just like the pictures and was very convenient for shopping, sun bathing and dining out. Overall a great week in California, weather was great. Owner should just be honest about the rental charge and not make you believe that you will get your deposit back if you follow the list of all that is required upon checkout. My husband and I could have stayed on the beach for an extra 2 hours and left the condo without completing the cleaning tasks.
Owner response:As to the comment on June 29, 2011 I did mail the full $200.00 security deposit back, if they did not receive the security deposit I wish they would of emailed me to let me know that they never received the check back.

This is the third time we have rented this unit and each time it has been a bit better. It was great when we first stayed there and now it is even better. It is comfortable, quiet, very clean, and certainly convenient, close to the beach. It has all conveniences one would want, 2 large TV's., very modern kitchen, large living room, all in all, a great condo. Ms Little provides great accommodation and a pleasure to call it home for the month. The grounds are beautiful and the workers and the security staff all very friendly. This is a great place to call home for a while and will certainly return here sometime in the future.

Danielle was great about going back and forth with us through a few plan changes we encountered. When we arrived, it looked EXACTLY like the pictures. We loved the layout, the way everything was decorated and how nice it was to be just a stroll away from things like the harbor, the pier, downtown Oceanside's weekly street fair and a few pretty good restaurants. The place felt very secure and had all the amenities we needed. (fully-furnished kitchen, extra bedding, extra towels, iron, ironing board, on-site laundry machines, beach chairs, etc.) We were even able to hop on the Coaster (train) a few blocks away and take it down the coast right into Downtown San Diego. ($13 roundtrip) Great experience! We'll definitely be back!

We have stayed at North Coast Village before and this condo was definitely the nicest! The view overlooking the pool and the location of the condo with the beautiful view of the ocean was fantastic. The condo is so beautifully decorated, so clean and it has everything you could ever want to make you feel right at home! We've already booked the condo for a week in 2010!

What a lovely supprise when we arrived, everything was just as discribed on the web site. The accommodation was clean, uncluttered, with the right amount of equipment. Just like most women I do love a clean bed to sleep in and Danielle's was excellent. We did stay at Oceanside last year and not mentioning what block we stayed in it did not live up to the standards of Danielle's. The condo is just one floor up near the lift which was good as we had several suitcases. We went for walks most mornings and evenings across the sea front and walked along the Pier watching the fisher man. It was so peaceful, we sat on the beach and did not get burnt. Its a great place for family's and I am sure we may come back in the future for another holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very confortable condo. Hearing the surf at night made a great nights sleep (the bed was very comfortable as well.) We took advantage of the grilling area almost every night. Walking around the whole complex, the landscape, waterfalls, Koi ponds, you might think you are in Hawaii. Next trip to CA we will contact Danielle and stay here, loved it!!!

The condo was perfect! We spent our honeymoon there and we have no complaints. It was very nice to have a full kitchen with all needed supplies to cook with. The location is great, close to the freeway and not too far from San Diego. It was cool to have a pool, hot tub, and the beach so close. Can't wait to go back! Owners are great to work with and responded promptly to all our questions. Five Stars!

This is the way you want it to be. Even nicer, cleaner and more comfortable than you expected. To finally relax on the deck, after traveling all day, and and sit there and say WoW, this is cool. And to feel the same way the day you have to leave. Thank You, We'll be back

My 12 year old son and I spent a week at this wonderful condo! We had the time of our lives. There is so much to see and do in this area! We went to the San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Universal Studios, Disneyland, and the USS Midway Museum. But I think the best part of our vacation was spent right at this North Coast Village condo. & Danielle is completely wonderful! I saw some other condos on the property and ours was by far the nicest. We sat on the balcony and watched the sunset with milkshakes from Ruby's on the pier, played in the ocean which was only a few steps away, swam in the heated pool and relaxed in the huge hot tub. And my son thoroughly enjoyed the snack basket Danielle left us and playing the numerous Xbox games. We will definitely be back!

This is an absolutely gorgeous condo! EVERYTHING is brand new & immaculate and VERY, VERY UPSCALE! Granite counters, leather sectional with air mattress, hrdwd floors, stunning decor, cleaner than clean-loaded with everything! 2 huge plasma tvs, xbox-and that's just the inside! The view is fabulous and you can hear the waves, stunning view of the unbelievable grounds and pool, truly felt like I was in Hawaii! AND all the cool things to do! Walk to the absolutely charming harbor with xlnt restaurants and shops-too much fun with my husband and kids-walk to the pier with Ruby's at the end, fantastic bike trail to the mission-then there's all the touristy things, the zoo, wild animal park, Sea World, Lego Land-my husband & I even wen to the casinos! Back to the unit-the rock fireplace is perfect, click it on with a remote. I can't say enough about our experience! It was MORE than I expected and the owner was beyond accomodating! She even put teas, popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. for us. We were in awe from the moment we opened the door to the time we sadly had to leave! I highly recommend this unit and cant wait to come back. We've stayed at No. Coast Village before in a different unit and had a blast, but now we're spoiled and will ONLY rent from this owner! Thank you for the phenomenal vacation! The Miller Family
