If you are looking for a luxury vacation condo that is extra special, this beautiful "Oceanway" top floor condo is just what you're looking for. Oceanway was completed in September 2004. The unit has 1475 sq. ft. of beautifully decorated living space w/upgrades galore - gorgeous tile & wood laminate floors throughout, maple cabinets, Corian countertops and sink, top of the line appliances and fixtures, even a full-size washer and dryer.
"Oceanway" is directly on the Gulf of Mexico and steps away from the white sandy beach. There is a gorgeous deck with a hot tub and heated pool. The condo is on the top floor, southwest corner and offers gorgeous views of the Gulf and its fabulous sunsets. Oceanway is a smaller building with only 17 units and offers plenty of privacy for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.
The bedrooms are decorated with beautiful Balinese style furnishings. The master bedroom is complete w/king-size bed, an armoire with TV. The attached master bath has a walk-in shower with gorgeous upgraded tile. There is a spacious walk-in closet.
The second bedroom offers two exta- long twin beds. This bedroom has a beautiful antique Balinese cabinet with a TV.
The 200sq.ft. balcony has a view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico that is second to none. The beach is world famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round near perfect weather. There is so much to enjoy - you can play in the warm Gulf of Mexico, build sand castles, get a great tan, take a swim in the heated pool or just relax in the hot tub. A walk on the beach is wonderful anytime of day, and when the day is finished, enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the beach or balcony. There are so many great restaurants close by, with an awesome seafood restaurant just one block away.
There are numerous attractions, including Busch Gardens and Tampa Aquarium(45 minutes), Disney World (120 minutes), great golf and plenty of water sport rentals and activities within minutes. Best of all, there are miles of open beaches right at your door.

We stayed at this beautiful condo last summer and enjoyed it so much we are planning on returning this year. We have stayed at many condos in Florida and found this to be the best of the best. The location, cleanliness, amenities were all perfect.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a great week in Florida. This was a beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with all the amenities of home. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunsets every night from the balcony. The property was clean and well taken care of. The owners were very accomodating to all our needs. We hope to be back very soon and will definitely rent this unit again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

great condo for a relaxing vacation. super gulf front huge deck with comfortable furnishings and forever sunsets. warm, gentle gulf, great pool and sink into it king bed. guppy's on the beach reataurant - we loved it!
