Why the Owner Chose Y Area
Our location has it all--nestled in a residential community but surrounded by forestry land. Amenties nearby, but you feel like you are away from it all at the same time.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the privacy surround our unit. The view surrounding the living area is forestry trees and so magical when it snow. The spacious backyard is wonderful to enjoy, plus their is a gate that leads out to the forestry land. Great for a morning walk!

We both have been in love with the Tahoe area since we were children. The amazing summers, the magical winters. It was a dream of ours to purchase our own place once we had children.
