We have recently purchased this apartment and have just finished completely renovation the property (August 2008). ‘St Honoré’ has been renovated to the highest of standards to become very much a ‘luxury’ space that sits at the top of the range in our properties portfolio. All ceramics for the bathrooms and kitchen have been imported from Italy and oak wood floor work surfaces from the United States. Our bathrooms come from Philippe Starck and curtain materials are hand-made by ‘Toiles de Mayenne’, Paris. We quote these as examples of the high standards that our guest can expect from this property.
‘St Honoré’ sleeps up to 8 - comfortably. It comprises 3-double bedrooms (1 King size, 1 Queen, 2 singles/1 King-Size), 1 fully equipped bathroom with tub, stand-up shower and WC, 1 shower room with WC, drawing room/dining room (seats 6-8), fully- equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer-drier etc. The apartment has air conditioning.
The property faces South and is bright. It is located on the 3rd floor of a quintessentially Parisian 17th century ‘timbered’ building. Beamed ceilings and traditional oak parquet floors throughout provide a background of elegant Parisian charm for the more contemporary furniture and fittings. Walls are painted with natural tones, using paints from Belgium and England, made from natural pigments (Flament, Farrow & Ball). The elegant sofa bed has been tailor-made for everyday use and is guaranteed to be as comfortable as a top quality regular bed. That said, given that there are 3 bedrooms, you are unlikely to need it.
Every last detail has been thought of. Beds are the most comfortable, bed and bath linens come from the prestigious 'White Company' in London, suppliers to leading British and Parisian hotels. There is a large plasma screen TV, DVD and a high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection (free of charge during your stay).
The exact address of the apartment is 87, rue St Honoré, 75001 Paris. Local Metro stations are Pont Neuf and Louvre-Rivoli (both a minute-walk – if that!). The Louvre museum and the Seine are both literally a block away and the 6th and St Germain are just over the river (walk over Pont Neuf or the pedestrian Pont des Arts). The calm of this stretch of the rue St Honoré defies the apartment’s central location. For A bit of local trivia: Molière lived a few doors down, no doubt handy for when granted the use of the Salle du Petit-Bourbon at the Louvre and later the Palais-Royal.
My promise to my guests is that they will be as comfortable as in a good 4-star ‘boutique’ Parisian hotel and for a fraction of the price. To this end, my business model is such that I can offer what I believe to be unbeatable rates for such a high standard of accommodation.
The cost of your rental is all-inclusive of: taxes, phone (local calls),cable TV, wireless ADSL internet access. This price also includes all bed and bath linens and maid service.
Prior to your arrival, in addition to be on hand to answer any last-minute questions that you might have, we will provide you with clear transfer instructions to the apartment together with full contact details for the English-speaking agent who will greet you upon arrival, show you around and answer any questions that you might have either about the apartment, local amenities or of course Paris!
As we have the status of a registered company we have merchant account facilities so you can confirm the booking by credit card. As we prefer to work on a basis of trust with our guests, we do not require a security deposit in cash, instead requesting that guests sign a credit card authorization upon check-in. We do not debit the card. This tends to be welcomed by my non-EU guests who otherwise lose out on the spread between buy/sell exchange rates.

Our property ‘Garnier’ was selected as one of the ‘Five Best Parisian Pied-A-Terre’s’.
