  OMG, we just got back from our "Girl's Trip" and we loved this condo. It was 3 of us. 2 of the girls slept on the HUGE L shaped couch, and I got the bed to my self and everyone slept great. This location is secure and quiet. The location was AWESOME, the condo was SPOTLESS when we arrived. We saved so much money by cooking in this lovely kitchen and it honestly felt like we lived there. We stayed here 5 nights and are already planning our next trip to stay HERE. The concierge desk had AWESOME and had a very helpful and attentful staff. Paul was a pleasure to work with. I have nothing bad to say about this. In the past, we have stayed at some of the boutique hotels in South Beach but this was, by far more enjoyable. GREAT STAY! GREAT VACATION!

  Enjoyable stay but what is written is misleading as there is no convertible bed at all and a lack of silverware and kitchen ustensils, among others. It is not possible to have 4 people in this apartment. I slept on the sofa which is not a bed at all.

  Owner response: There is a large L shape sofa in the unit that sleeps two people comfortably . There is no place on VRBO to specify that fact.

  A couple friends and I recently rented this property for the annual Art Basel. I would have to say that the location was great! Going to the beach in the morning right across the street, and then heading out for the afternoon of course, out and about during the evening. The interior is simple, very clean & comfortable, and best of all spacious. The bathroom, in and of itself is one gem that you won't find in most places in SOBE for the price. Be advised that the property is a bit further from design district and downtown, so if you plan on frequenting those areas plan on paying +/- $20 for a cab ride. Other than that, it is quite central to many entertaining places and happenings both event related and other such as food and bars. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to stay there again when visiting Miami Beach! PS- the responsiveness to my inquiries and concerns was very on point along with providing as much accomadation as possible when/where possible. Thank you.

  This is one of the best places that I've stayed at on south beach. The unit is very clean and modern. Additionally, the owner is very responsive. I will definitely be staying here again!

  Overall the apartment was very nice. Great location and the pictures posted here show exactly what the property looks like. This was good to see since I often see hotels posting very nice pictures of rooms but when you get there the room often does not represent what was posted on the website. great weekend, great price.

  Me and my friends just got back from SoBe..and we had a amazing time...and part of it was staying at this wonderful place. Thanks Paul...This place is truly in a prime location...literally steps from the beach, restaurants, lounges, clubs, bars and the list keeps going. Very nice apartment, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Had all the things you would need on vacation. Can not wait to go again and book this place.

  Thank you Paul for a wonderful experience in South Beach, FL! There were 4 of ud girls in this condo last weekend and it was awesome! I would defintely suggest others stay here. The location could not be better!!

  The condo is in a terrific location, right on Ocean Drive, and the concierge team and owner were very friendly. I visit South Beach at least twice a year and will be checking this calendar before every visit!
