Freshly painted and decorated this home is a beautiful escape from the fast paced city life. Located on the end of a cul-de-sac across from greenbelt in a guard-gated full-security community in close proximity to back gate and community pool, spa and BBQ area.
Features two bedrooms and two full baths and an immaculate eat-in kitchen. Plantation shutters and handicap access throughout. Large master bedroom has king size bed with very large walk-in closet and 37" flat screen TV. Second bedroom offers a full size sofa sleeper and full access computer. Full size front load washer & dryer in garage. Lots of tile throughout with carpeting in both bedrooms and Oriental rug in living room. Living room has 42" LCD Flat screen TV & DVD
Home has cable TV and high-speed cable wi-fi nternet access with computer and printer in 2nd bedroom.
There is a panorama of snow-capped mountains seasonally and hot air balloons that dot the sky. Community is close to numerous Indian Casinos and shopping destinations with Desert Hills Premium Outlets 20 minutes away in Cabazon featuring 120 stores. Downtown Palm Springs and El Paseo are a very close drive from home.
On-site golf courses, clubhouses, post office, restaurants, tennis, swimming pools, billiards, fitness center, bike trails, dog park and numerous amenities and activities.
Golf cart provided for private use.
Sun City Charges $50 Per Stay, Per Guest for Use of All Facilities. Golf extra, reduced rates for renters.

We rented this property Dec 2011 and it was great. The owner provides a golf cart which is very nice because you can drive it around the complex to the club houses, golf courses and through gates just for golf carts to a small strip mall for groceries, pharmacy etc. Without a golf cart it is much less convenient. The house is small but nice. It is very nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. The master bedroom is very comfortable with a large flat panel TV. The second bedroom has a sofa bed, desk and computer. This is very nice because the owner provides an internet connection so you can get your emial, etc. Sun City Palm Desert is an ideal community for those over 55. You must remember to bring the rental contract when you check in. They give you a resident card for the time you are staying there and register your car. With that you can play golf, etc at the resident rates. You can also pass through the gates without having to sign in. You must have your contract with you as they will take a copy. The owner will provide that at the time you agree to rent. There are more things to do at Sun City than you can spend time doing. It is a very clean and safe community; in fact we think it is beautiful. There is a nice church on the premises. We live in Bellevue WA and when we got home were greeted by the cold grey winter days. Next year we will stay more than one month and it'll be in Sun City.Recommended for: Age 55+.

I can not say enough good things about this owner and her lovely home. She was always concerned that everything was to our satisfaction, which it was. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone. Some personal health issue was the only reason I could not rent again next season. There are too many good restaurants in the area to list them here and if you are a golfer then the cost of playing on Sun City's course is very reasonable when compared to other courses.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.
Owner response: The tenants were a delight as well. Couldn't have asked for easier people to deal with.

My husband and I enjoyed a very nice stay in this exceptionally clean home. Tucked back at the end of a cul-de-sac, it's very quiet and private.
