The Condominium is located on the 6th floor of the prestigious Bay View Grand Condominiums (BVG). It is very conveniently located in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night life. It offers spectacular views with 3 separate balconies. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, full kitchen, separate dining room and 2 sitting areas. The condo has a 56" TV with DVD player in the living room with an additional TV in the Owner's suite. The condo also features wireless internet service.

Shared amenities include 2 pools and hot tubs, fitness center and tennis court. BVG provides 24 hour security and we have a property manager to check you in and out from your stay. We also will stock your refrigerator for you for an additional $25 fee (plus cost of groceries that you order).

  • 4 girlfriends and I spend 5 days at this beautiful villa and found it to be everything we had hoped it to be and so much more. It is in a great location - easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. It was large and clean and very well maintained, beautiful decor and the services provided were wonderful and the staff was very, very helpful. Our requested groceries were purchased and our kitchen was stocked before our arrival - Alex was the best!! The pool, spa and all amenities were fabulous. This condo is just a little piece of Heaven on earth and we would highly recommend it to anyone considering traveling in the area.

  • We found that this property was everything it is advertised to be and more. Very private, quiet and within walking distance of the best Cancun has to offer!!! We are parents of three kids age 9, 10, and ll, and also had my husband's mother along. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, the people at the condo were very accomodating, friendly and professional. This condo was so clean and very comfortable with an absolutely spectacular view. If you want the most luxurious and relaxing beachfront getaway, you will definitely get so much more with this deal.....totally worth every penny, we are very pleased to have found this place and cannot wait to come back. The owners of this property are wonderful to deal with. Thanks a million for making our vacation the best one yet!

  • We stayed in this beautiful condo for a week in July. It is large and very clean.Has 3 very comfortable bedrooms with wonderful views from each. Everything you need is in this condo.The pools{2} were amazing. Very kid friendly.Nice comfy chairs with umbrellas all around the pools. Nice sandy beach with beautiful blue warm Carribean waters. We got to see a sea turtle come onto the beach and lay eggs for the first time ever. How amazing! Used the condo hotub several times. Very easy to use.We had ordered groceries ahead and everything was there when we arrived. We had a wonderful time and hated to leave. Was advised by the staff not to drink the condo water, so my only suggestion would be for the staff to have a jug of water there for guests when they arrive.Hope to come back some day.
