The Condominium is located on the 6th floor of the prestigious Bay View Grand Condominiums (BVG). It is very conveniently located in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night life. It offers spectacular views with 3 separate balconies. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, full kitchen, separate dining room and 2 sitting areas. The condo has a 56" TV with DVD player in the living room with an additional TV in the Owner's suite. The condo also features wireless internet service.
Shared amenities include 2 pools and hot tubs, fitness center and tennis court. BVG provides 24 hour security and we have a property manager to check you in and out from your stay. We also will stock your refrigerator for you for an additional $25 fee (plus cost of groceries that you order).

We are realtors in a suburb of the Twin Cities, Minnesota. We work for a local builder, Key Land Homes, and have enjoyed it for many years. We enjoy traveling to warm destinations since it's so cold up here and fell in love with Bay View Grand Condo's and Cancun. We have 4 active boys and Cancun has activities for everyone.
