This beautiful 4 bedroom + Den/4.5 bath home boasts 4200 sf of living area on 3 levels, 2 kitchens (the main large kitchen and one smaller), main living area, home entertainment w/ big screen TV, billiards and wet bar. Private outdoor 6 man hot tub, 3 car garage and gas grill. This home comfortably sleeps 14, and is located at 26 Snowberry Way, Dillon, CO 80435.
There are many beautiful mountain accents throughout,the massive peeled logs truly give this home the special mountain feel to make your mountain vacation even more memorable.
The Chef in your party will love the Gourmet Kitchen. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 5 burner-Jenn-Aire island stove, plenty of counter space and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There is no question everyone will want to congregate in this kitchen, but not to worry, there is plenty of space for everyone.
The TOP LEVEL is a wonderful area for the kids, they will feel like they have their own "apartment". This spacious room could also double as an "in-law" apartment. Along with 2 Twin beds (which can be set up as a King), and 2 sets of bunk beds, there is a private bath, big screen TV, foosball table, sofa/love seat, and a small kitchen.
The MAIN LEVEL is where you will find the Gourmet Kitchen, dining area, living area with leather sofa's and reclining chair, Direct TV, DVD, Bose stereo and wood burning fireplace. There is a large deck off of the living/dining area where you can enjoy the views, or BBQ on the gas grill. Also on the main level is the Master bedroom with King bed, private bath with double vanity and dual heads in the shower. 1/2 bath and Den/office with a Double futon are also on this level.
The LOWER LEVEL showcases the media room with flat screen TV, billiards table, wet bar and private hot tub right outside. This is a great place for anyone who wants to relax with a DVD, or a chance to test your skills at billiards. Oh, and don't forget about the sauna for anyone who needs to thaw out after a long day on the mountain. The large laundry room with additional freezer is also on this level. The two other suites are located on opposite ends to offer additional privacy, one with a King bed and private bath, the other with a Queen and Jack/Jill bath.
This private home is conveniently located about 1 mile outside of the Keystone Resort, 8 miles to Arapahoe Basin, 10 miles to Breckenridge and approx. 15 miles to Copper Mountain. Vail/Beaver Creek/Arrowhead are 45 min.-1 hour away. No where else in North America are you able to experience 7 World-Class ski areas in this close proximity to each other.
We know how hard it is to leave your 4-legged family member behind, so please feel free to bring your dog.

The minute we drove up to this beautiful mountainside gem, we knew our weekend in the mountains would be special.
This comfortable, spacious, custom built mountain retreat with its massive log construction, beautifully appointed rustic décor and stunning views was perfect. The open, gourmet kitchen with its professional appliances was well equipped to prepare the meals we enjoyed around the large dining table. All four bedrooms were quiet, private and featured nice comfortable beds. One was even like its own apartment with a full kitchen and private entrance! The large deck was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sunning and enjoying the dramatic views of the beautiful snow capped peaks all around us.
And that’s not all… There’s an invigorating sauna, Satellite TVs with DVD players, gas grill, fireplace, billiards table, foosball table, WiFi…whew! After all that, no wonder it was so relaxing to soak in the large hot tub on the patio and try to count all the stars in the heavens!
Summer time is this bear’s favorite time to visit the Rocky Mountains. Nearby hiking trails and bike paths gave us a great place to walk, bike and enjoy the wonders of nature. Keystone’s two golf courses are just around the corner. Located close to the fine dining, skiing and shopping that Summit County has to offer, you’ll never be too far away from all of the year-round fun! Keystone, Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco, A-Basin and Copper Mountain are all just a few minutes away. During ski season, you’ll be in the middle of some of the best ski resorts in Colorado. And the free Summit Stage bus stop is just at the bottom of the hill.
I can’t imagine a better place than this to unwind, relax and take in the beauty of the Rockies while enjoying all the fun of Summit County!

We enjoyed a weekend family get-together in mid-June. The kitchen and bedrooms were as good as advertised with plenty of room for the 11 of us (all over 22-years-old). The property was very clean, well-maintained, and in a good location. If anything, the pictures don't do the place justice. The owner was also very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place for any type of gathering, especially a family reunion. We hope to back in the future, and maybe try out the place in the winter.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
