This is a brand new home on the esteemed gated resort of Watersong. Watersong has a harmony that living close to nature brings. Water conservation areas and luscious greenery around the community creates a peaceful home environment. It is located just 15 minutes from Disney World and next to the newest golf course in the Central Florida area, Providence, and conveniently located for many other attractions.

This home is a two-story executively furnished home with 4 bedrooms. It has been furnished to the highest standard, real thought has gone into what families need on their vacation and this home has it all. It really caters for families wanting to relax and enjoy their vacation. The home has an abundance of entertainment features, each of the four bedrooms has an LCD TV and region free DVD player, the living room and entertainment area both have LCD TVs and region free DVDs too. There is a Wii games console available for use in the entertainment area which has a casual feel with multiple bean bags to lounge on.

The home has wireless internet throughout and also offers the guests free phone calls throughout the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, UK, Ireland, Spain and Italy. The garage has been converted into a games room which is the home to top of the range ESPN equipment in the form of a pool table, air hockey and foosball table. It also has an air conditioning unit. Outside the pool has been upgraded to a 30 foot pool with an integrated raised spa, there is a covered lanai with an oversized table and 6 chairs with 4 sun loungers on the extended deck. Each side of the pool area has had a scenic screen put up which provides added privacy, to the back of the home there is a fantastic conservation view.

The bedrooms have been decorated with beautiful linens and window dressings giving a warm Caribbean feel to the home and they are furnished with high quality beds and units. The space downstairs will mean you will never feel that guests are in each other's way as there is the entertainment area, the living area, a formal dining area, breakfast area and kitchen in addition to the games room and pool/deck area.

The home is situated only two minutes walk from the clubhouse which has many community features guests can benefit from free of charge. The spacious 6,700 square foot clubhouse encompasses a cyber café, an entertaining games arcade, a spa and fitness centre and a large inviting lounge area. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a large pool, picnic area, children’s playground, and basketball and volleyball courts. There is also a concierge service available should you have some extra needs during your stay.
