Welcome to our home in Estes Park, "Majestic Retreat". We have a new HD VIDEO and Pic's for you to review. Our friends at D-line graphics did an incredible job of producing a video that displays the real beauty and luxurious amenities that Majestic Retreat had to offer for most everyone.
The home sits on 2 acres and has Majestic views of the lumpy ridge and Mary's Lake to the North and Twin Sisters to the South with a restful and relaxing majestic retreat in between.
Majestic Retreat has been professionally decorated with no details overlooked from the Faux painting on every wall and ceiling, elk antler viewing chairs, aspen and hickory log beds,leather couches and loveseats, elk antler lamps and tables, Elk antler chandelier, Barnwood tables, 3 sleep number mattresses, HDTV's and video games for the kids. Finishes in the Home include hardwood floors, slate and Italian marble flooring, slab granite counter tops, Alder cabinets and trim, subzero Fridge/freezers, 2 dishwashers, double ovens, microwave, pine cone stainless silverware and mountain decor dinnerware for 20.
The Retreat is fully equipped for entertainment with 6 televisions, all with built in DVD players and Dish satellite. A VHS and DVD library can be used and each individual room has satellite Radio controls. There is a Wii video game on the 60" HD TV on the lower level. There are board games and a pool table to use too. The basement level there in an indoor sports court where you can play basketball, floor hockey and dodgeball. The home is also equipped with FREE Wi-Fi and domestic long distance phone calls.
If your looking for something a little more relaxing after a day of hiking, sightseeing or shopping, you can read a book or take a nap outside on the log furniture. Take a relaxing bath in the jetted tub or a rejuvenating soak in your private 8 person Dynasty hot tub.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)

Off Season ... Sep 16-May 14 .. $500/night (Min. 3 Day Rental)or $3,200 weekly
Peak Season .. May 15-Sep 15 .. $600/night (Min. 3 Day Rental) or $ 4,200 weekly
Holidays Dec 23-Jan 1, June 29-july 5.........$4800/week (One Week Minimum)
A $500USD Deposit is due at time of reservation or 60 days which ever comes first
and the full rental is due 30 days prior to arrival date. A cleaning fee of $250
for weekly rentals and a $150 cleaning fee for 3 day rentals. The deposit will
be refunded 15 days after departure date. Not including sales tax
