Located in the heart of Old Antibes, this multi story terrace house retains all the charm of this historic region. Entering the home you find stone walls in the kitchen and dining area. At the rear is the laundry with toilet, before ascending to the three levels above. Two of these have individual bedrooms, each with full bathroom and shower. The bedrooms have the large timber beamed ceilings found in the homes of this age. The second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. The master bedroom, with it's queen size bed, has television and DVD facilities. The top floor is light filled sunroom with a small kitchenette and outside terrace area. Here find another television and DVD. Internet can be supplied at an additional cost. The property has only recently been fully renovated with complete new fit out of all appliances.

Antibes is also the home of one of Europes foremost super yacht harbors so there is always hustle and bustle around the port. Antibes boasts a fabulous market, which is a blaze of vibrant colour, smells and activity that will draw you to it. It is only a very short drive or train ride to Cannes (6 kilometers) and Nice (16 kilometers and importantly, with an international airport)as well as all the wonderful villages in the nearby surrounding mountains and down the coast. It is only some 45 minutes from Monte Carlo and around an hour from the Italian border. Whether it is the stunning ambiance and warmth of Antibes during the spring and summer months, the close access to the ski fields in winter or the absolute joy of the town around Christmas, Antibes is a place you will want to come back to again and again.
