Welcome to our home in Utah. Built in 2004 this 4 bed ski in ski out property represents the best of available rental property in Deer Valley, recently voted No 1 US ski resort. Located in the new Empire Pass Village above Park City, our home has stunning views to the valley floor below. We are only steps away from the new Silver Buck run leading to the recently opened Silver Strike chairlift.
The area is within an hour or less to some of the worlds finest skiing, Park City Mountain ski resort is only 5 minutes away, The Canyons 15 minutes with Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance and Snow basin up to an hour away. The beauty of Park City is that it is an easy 40 minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport making it possible to arrive at the resort in the morning and be skiing by lunchtime!
Our home is comfortable and beautifully decorated and, as we are English, it has a European flair which reflects this. We are keen art lovers and have many original pieces of artwork in the house. On the ground level is the double height vaulted ceiling great room with windows overlooking the Wasatch Valley. In this lovely open space is the upscale kitchen, living area and large stone fireplace to relax in front of complete with 50" television and Bose sound system. The master bedroom is also on this level with a spacious bathroom with jetted tub and European style large shower and also has flat screen TV with Bose system.
Downstairs are 3 ensuite bedrooms and a laundry room. The bedrooms comprise of one king, one queen and a twin bedded room. All have TVs, are spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The loft overlooking the great room has a fold out sofa for extra sleeping space with the shower/powder room below on the entrance level. There is an integrated heated garage with ski lockers.
We have aimed to create a relaxing and welcoming ambiance in our home, making it comfortable to spend lovely family evenings during your vacation. For days out there are endless activities and places to visit making this a fabulous summer and winter vacation. There is a wide range of restaurants available in the area covering most styles of food and budgets. Many of which are exceptional.
