The house is conveniently located one mile from Highway 29, enabling you to be in either Yountville or downtown Napa within minutes to enjoy award winning restaurants and the valley’s 350 wineries.
The property has been completely remodeled with new furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has new cherry cabinets and appliances with granite countertops. Bamboo floors are found throughout the common living areas with new carpet in the bedrooms. Located on a quiet street, the house is approximately 1,400 square feet of comfortable ambiance you are certain to enjoy.
Relax in the Family Room; watching rabbits run through the vineyard, watch TV on the Sony 37” HD flat screen or enjoy the Napoleon gas fireplace. In the evenings, watch the sunset over the hills and vineyard with a glass of wine. In the mornings, enjoy a cup of coffee watching colorful hot air balloons drift overhead down the valley. Cozy up in a comfortable setting warmed by the fire.

Why the Owner Chose Napa
Gina and Steve bought the house from Gina's parents. They always recognized that this is a special house with it's location on the vineyard. A permit from the City of Napa to operate the house as a vacation rental was obtained. Many of the houses advertised on the internet are not licensed facilities. Unfortunately, this puts the consumer at risk. So be sure when you chose a Napa Valley getaway, the house you book with is a licensed facility.

Everyone who stays at the MEGANDINA House is very complementary - and for good reason. The neighborhood is quiet, the views spectacular and the house very comfortable. This vacation rental house is one of the closest houses in Napa to the wineries.

The MEGANDINA House is named after Gina and Steve's three daughters. They also have a small vineyard at their house in Napa where they produce estate grown and bottled Syrah and Petite Sirah red wine using the MEGANDINA name.
