  This property was awesome,the owners were very helpful from start to finish, The view is fantastic, The owner will supply you with directions to navigate most of the major things to see and do, the directions where awesome I spent more time shopping than in traffic this time versus trips in the past. The cabin is everything they say it is the property is easy to acess and was a pleasure for our group. Thanks Steve awesome time look forward to next year.

  Steve, you cabin was wonderful. Our group consisted of four adults, two teenagers and a five year old. Everyone enjoyed having plenty of room to themselves in addition for coming together in the family / kitchen area. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the wifi and everyone enjoyed the pool table. Got to meet the neighbors and their dogs! Great people! I think my daughter wrote that she named the cat that was around for our visit, "little smokey". You have a great place to spend a family vacation at and you made the whole process a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to spend more time at Heavenly Heights!

  Really enjoyed my stay there. Very open floor plan and lots of windows. Balconies were great to sit out on. Lots of carpenter bees made it a bit annoying but not too bad. It was clean and in great condition. Would rent and recommend this cabin again! Owners were easy to work with and made renting a breeze!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  There were four adults and two children. The inside was nice, but the kitchen lacked pots and pans to cook, only two eyes on the stove worked, and you had to wash eating utensils after cooking to have enough for the meal. The carpenter bees were everywhere and we spent the week inside and couldn't enjoy the hot tub or the porches. Carrying suitcases up the winding spiral staircase was difficult. Only when we called on our checkout day to ask what to do with excess trash did the custodian apologize because he didn't get up to spray for the bees because his truck broke down. The owners never checked on us, despite two phone calls. Never again! We've used vrbo for several years and this is the only time we've been disappointed. And, excuse me, Christmas tree in April?

  Owner response: Let's make one thing clear, the bee's were outside. Sorry you were disappointed in your stay. But we've never had a bad review. The kitchen has enough pots and pans for the average meal but we will get some more. We have eating utensils for 10 or 12 and a diswasher to wash them. But we will get some more. Our custodian did come up and spray the bee's at least once and bee's are just a part of the mountains in the spring. I did answer calls from the renter twice and called our custodian twice, to have him spray a second time. I thought the bee issue was resolved. I am sorry that one of your party was allergic and afraid of bee's. But I am going to go up myself and spray and do what I can to solve the bee issue. Our ad tells about the spiral staircase as well as pictures on our ad. Again, never had a complaint about any of this before.

  We have rented this cabin in the fall for the last four years for a ladies getaway. We always enjoy our stay at the cabin. It is close to everything, the outlet malls for great shopping, good places to eat, and all the shows; yet it has the feel of being in a tree house away from everything. The property is well maintained. The owners made renting the cabin so easy. We hope to rent this great cabin again this year.

  We stayed at Heavenly Heights over the Labor Day weekend. The owners were very kind and helpful. The directions to the cabin could not have been any easier to follow. My husband and I were able to do our own thing while we listened to the kids (ages 8-24) played pool or enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to make this a yearly get away. I have already told many friends about it,as well! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!!

  We were a group of 3 adults and 3 children with a mission to go to Dollywood and the water park. The cabin was so close to everything, but when you are at the cabin you have the feel of being away from it all. Pigeon Forge was minutes away as well as shopping and restaurants. The cabin is decorated in such a welcoming manner I felt as if I was staying at a friends home. The owner was wonderful to work with and we will definitely rent this cabin in the future.
