  I have rented this particular condo every year for the past five years. My husband and I have stayed in other places in Port Aransas, but we keep coming back here! I love the decor of this condo, the view is fabulous and the owner is very friendly to deal with. It's always immaculate when we walk in the door and we never want to leave! The walls are just about soundproof, since they're brick. I swam in the heated pool in April and it was perfect! Wonderful restaurants just a short drive away, or a Cab will pick you up downstairs for a nominal fee. This condo has everything you could possibly need or want!

  My husband and I, along with his 76-yr old parents, visited 6/6-13/11 and really had a great time! The condo was spotless and very accomodating. It is on the first floor and has easy access to the elevator and steps to the pool areas. We could see the ocean from the balcony and enjoyed watching the gulls, pelicans and ships coming and going. The boardwalk took us easily to the beach and the pool area was just below us. The covered, reserved parking space was a huge plus in the 90+ degree heat! Local restaurants had fabulous seafood! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to anyone and look forward to coming back some day!

  Brought my family down for a weekend of fishing to celebrate our son's 21st birthday. Great location, close to all the local attractions in Port A. Beach was wonderful and the views spectacular. This place makes you remeber why you come to the beach....to wind down and escape the rush ov everyday life. We can't wait to return. The Randalls Spring TX

  We stayed in this condo the last week of July 2010 with our three kids and my parents and LOVED it. It was a perfect escape. My son and husband played golf at the course next door, we loved the beach and the two pools. We didn't even want to leave to eat and after a quick trip to the island grocery we didn't have to! The kitchen was fun to cook in and is stocked with everything you need. The washer and dryer being in the condo was great for the daily loads of towels. Loved the . decor and all the surfaces and finishes. Would love to stay here again!

  We had a great time at the 2010 Texas Sand Fest. This condo was wonderful for our family and roomy. It was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Everyone had a relaxing time while seeing extraordinary sand castles. The kids loved the pool and the beach. There was a rinse off place on the boardwalk which was great. The staff was friendly and the view was beautiful. Our whole family loved it and we can't wait to go again. Highly recommend this condo. Our family of 6 fit very well and we had room for more. Loved it!!!!!
