Why the Owner Chose Albuquerque
Our bed and breakfast, located in a 100-year-old casita, provides an intimate, nostalgic feeling. We decided that we would also like to host guests nearby in a larger, more modern setting.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
In addition to being fully furnished, we provide everything else that our guests need while living in the condo, with the exception of personal items and food.
There is a large balcony off the master bedroom that has a hammock as well as a seating area. We have just finished a large deck off the kitchen and have installed a motorized awning. The deck has private, southern exposure, allowing guests the possibility of enjoying some sun even in the middle of winter. Nice landscaping.
The stay includes weekly cleaning at no extra charge for guests staying for longer periods. We ourselves do the cleaning to insure that it is done thoroughly.
