This like new condo is a ground floor unit with two sliding glass doors that look directly over the beach!
The unit has a completely equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. The living room has a 32" widescreen television with expanded cable and a DVD player. The bedroom has a 20" television with expanded cable and a DVD player. A secure free WIFI connection is also included.
The bedroom has a king sized bed with it's own private 1/2 bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a full bath located just down the hallway.
Island Sands has a private pool with a BBQ grill and a picnic area. This unit has a private patio only a few steps away from the beach.
Shopping, restaurants, night life, water parks are all close by. Fishing is available by boat charter, fishing pier (only two miles away) and on the beach. The outlet mall in Destin is just a short drive away. You can enjoy lots of activities or just relax on the beautiful beaches. Beach chairs are typically available in the condo closet. However, Beach Service is available in season for $15-$20 per day.
3 day minimum.

The owner was extremely responsive. He provided a 'things to do' writeup which was very nice. Our stay at the condo was excellent. Beach access within seconds beautiful atmosphere white sand warm water. We enjoy this area specifically because of the location. Relaxing area however we were able to drive to Destin harbor walk village within 15 minutes. Also quick drive to Navarre beach from this location. Close to everything food, and entertainment. Thanks Again!

Our stay the week of August 2-8 at Island Sands 102 has be the best place that we have stayed in a long time..The condo was very nice and beautiful decorated..I think the best part was that you walked out the back door and just a few steps away there was the beach..the weather was beautiful all week long.. We really hope to be able to stay at the condo again next year.. Thanks for letting us stay.

We had an amazing time at the beach and in this wonderful condo! It was all we could have asked for and more! Felt like the comforts of home just with sand out the back door! The Browns made the rental/reservation process so very easy! We can't wait to go back for some more fun in the sand!

This is a wonderful place to vacation. The condo is very clean and convenient. You walk out the door and right onto the beach. The pool is really nice too! It is right around the corner from a nice aquarium where you can see misc. sea critters. Also, it is convenient to shopping. Not to mention, Dennis and Melissa are just wonderful people!

This is the absolute best place that we have stayed in Ft. Walton! The condo is very nice and very clean. My kids enjoy the pool almost as much as they do the beach! It is very convenient being able to walk out of the condo right onto the beach - no stairs! :) Dennis and Melissa are wonderful people and have a terrific place to stay! I highly recommend this condo to anyone.
