The interior has been restored to its original style with the inclusion of modern conveniences for a perfect balance of historical prestige and contemporary living. Chula Vista is the 2nd largest city in San Diego county, just south of downtown San Diego, not far from the bay-front. The old towne section in the north part of Chula Vista is a very charming re-vitalized village bustling with restaurants, coffee shops, a fitness center, public park & recreation area. The neighborhood is quaint & quiet and the property is amazing as you can see in the photo's.
MAIN HOUSE
The main house is a 1915 Craftsman historical home that has been restored to it's original beauty & charm. The property has been approve by city of Chula Vista as an official Historic site. It has many built inn's which have been refinished with faux paint, hard wood flooring and restored old fashioned windows with the original wavy glass.
BED CONNFIGURATION
The house has two bed rooms; one room has a queen size bed & the 2nd room has two twin size sleigh beds. All the furniture is mission style to match the historic craftsman ambiance. The couch in the living room also folds out to comfortable queen size bed.
GUEST HOUSE-----(ADDIONAL CHARGE)
Then property also hosts a qute little 1BR 1BA Craftsman cottage which has also been remodled, conforming to the historical nature of the property.

The property sits on a large lot that has been landscaped into a secluded tropical paradise with a gazebo and two decks, one of which wraps around half the house. Even the landscaping structure conforms to the historical Craftsman design.
