  This home is such an excellent choice for a vacation that we rented it a second time.. Situated on a nice quiet street - perfect for youngsters. The location is superb for access to the beach, shopping and local attractions. The hosts are excellent to deal with - very helpful, courteous, friendly and professional.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  Owner response: You know that when you have guests that choose to return to vacation at your property year after year you must be doing something right. Paradise Cottage has numerous repeat guests each season...some booking a full year ahead of time to make sure they have their "spot". It is hard to beat the location but also the fact that the home is continuously updated and fresh that also makes it appealing even to those that have stayed there before.

  Our stay at this Crystal Beach Home was outstanding! Spacious home for 10 of us; nicely decorated; as we say in the military (a Hop, Skip and a Jump) to the beach and to all the shopping and site-seeing Destin has to offer. My dealing with the property manager was great; superb communication, and extremely helpful. LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE!

  Owner response: I'm always trying to emphasize the positive aspects of the location of this home. No, it's not on the beach, however, it is a very short walk to the beach and you have the gulf views from the tower deck anyway. Additionally the neighborhood is located at the corner of Hwy 293 and Hwy 98 so there are 4 major shopping venues including Destin Commons that are within walking distance of the house with numerous other restaurants also within walking distance such as Camille's. Plus the home is located in a cul-de-sac neighborhood so there is very little traffic which adds to the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood.

  My family and I appreciated all the extra's that you have thought of, from the kitchen staples and well stocked cabinets to the high chair and extra towels for a large family. The beautiful house was "white glove test" clean and the kids loved the crow's nest! If we come back to the area we will be booking this house again! Thank you so much for sharing this home with us, we didn't want to leave! (Kids liked it better than Magic Kingdom!!!!)

  We stayed at Paradise Cottage August 22-26 for a 30th birthday celebration with family. We could not have asked for a better place. There were 7 of us in total, and we had plenty of room- no one felt crowded and in fact we could have fit a couple more comfortably. I love that each bedroom has it's own bath and there are patio/outdoor lounging spaces galore! The walk to the beach is about 5-8 minutes and the community pool nearby was a great way to end the day. The only negative is that if you are carrying a lot of items to the beach, it is best to drive down to the entrance area with them and parking can be hit or miss, so there were a few times we had to drop our items off and then drive back home and walk back down. However, not the worst thing as the community and the walk to the beach are absolutely beautiful. We kept joking that the neighborhood looked like Wisteria Lane. Each house has it's own personality and is kept immaculately. The homeowner and rental contact were so accommodating and even allowed us for early check in and late check out due to our awkward flight times. We love love LOVED our stay, and will surely be back.   Owner response: One of the best things about Paradise Cottage is that it is great for family get-togethers or couples vacationing together as everyone has their own space yet there are numerous common areas to gather and enjoy time together both inside and outside. The quaint cottage style community is so inviting and beautiful with all the tropical landscaping and white picket fences that you hardly miss the fact that you aren't staying right on the beach. Plus with the beach only a 5 minute walk from the house you can easily walk over and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon sunsets. We pride ourselves in tryiing to be as flexible as possible with our guests so as to make their stay as pleasurable and convenient as possible!

  The house was even more wonderful than the pictures! We had a fantastic time. The house was so clean when we arrived. We loved the third floor loft area. Perfect place to let our baby nap in her pack n play and for for the kids to watch tv. The beach was gorgeous and just a short walk. Unfortunately, it rained everyday we were there, but we had a great time hanging out on all of the porch areas waiting for it to clear up so we could go to the beach. Would highly recommend this great house!

  Owner response: One of the great things about Paradise Cottage is that there are so many areas both inside and out for one to find something fun or relaxing to do even on those unfortunate days when you can't go to the beach. Every bedroom has a TV so everyone can watch their choice of programming. Also with a grilling deck, wrap around porch with swing, 3rd floor deck with gulf views and ocean breezes as well as a screened porch you can always find a comfy spot to relax or read a book. We repeatedly get great reviews on our fantastic cleaning staff who takes great pride in their work!

  The house was big, beautiful and just as advertised. Its located in the center of Destin and only a few blocks from the beach, which was always very clean. It is a family friendly neighborhood and I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a spacious, clean place and a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Being so centrally located to all you might need during your vacation is so convenient and gives you more beach time...less time in traffic!   The house is amazing, inside and out. As soon as we walked in we were all "wowed". The house is super clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a short walk to the community pool or the beach. We were married near the Pompano Street beach access, so the location of the house was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the screened in porch off the master bedroom and the sun deck on the third floor. I liked how close the house was to other places of interest in Destin. Everything is nearby! We loved grilling almost every night. We loved the pool/beach toys and chairs that were available for our use there. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be coming back! I also plan on telling my friends about this wonderful place. Thank you for everything!!

  We were more than pleased with this property for our New Year's getaway. We had not been to the Destin area before and Paradise Cottage helped really make our trip special. We had plenty of room and with nice weather the third-story deck was a nice treat. Location is close to shopping and the beach, so very convenient. Our young son enjoyed the large bath in the master bedroom and we had fun making Christmas cookies using the full kitchen. We will definitely return to this property.

  Owner response: The third story deck is my favorite part of the home! Gulf views, morning sun, afternoon shade and early eveing sunsets can't be beat from that point! Convenience is key when you're on vacation and this home is convenient to anything you would need during your stay!

  My family and I enjoyed the condo very much. It was very clean and neat. All the bedrooms had their own bathroom and TV. All of the kids and I enjoyed the view from up on the top deck as well as the TV in the loft. It is very close to the beach with about less than a 10 minute walk. I would stay here again. Thanks
