Welcome to our Oasis in Paradise: Beachside II 4316
Our one bedroom, beach front condo is located on the 11th floor of the most desirable buildings on the gulf , Beachside II. We have completely remodeled our condo and hope you will find it has many of the qualities of a custom home.
As you enter the living area, you are drawn to the amazing view ahead of the famous Emerald Coast. Now you know you have arrived. The living area features a unique TV armoire with DVD player . The sofa is a queen size sleeper for additional accommodations.
The kitchen features lovely cabinetry, lighting, and solid granite counter tops.
The master bedroom also faces the ocean and has the same panoramic view with an entire wall of windows. It features a king-sized poster bed and tastefully appointed furnishings. The bath has custom tile work on the shower/tub enclosure and a unique old world-style vanity.
Sandestin Resort has long been noted as the place to be along the Emerald Coast. The highlights include 4 world-class golf courses. A world of activities are available within the Sandestin Resort and you will be able to experience them all while staying at Beachside II.
The Village at Baytowne Wharf is not to be missed within Sandestin Resort. "It's like New Orleans & Seaside Community all rolled into one place". They've built New Orleans architecture, with cobblestone streets - pathways - alley's - & gas lights. There's music & food everywhere, specialty shops, candy maker shop, the village bakery, & the entire place is just dripping with atmosphere. There's something for every member of the family. Music on the green is the fare during most in-season & many other nights of the year.
Pricing is current. Additional fees include 11.5% Florida tax and cleaning fee of $85.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and / or
2. A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period

Couldn't have asked for better help from the owner. The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Can't recommend much as we found many places seem to close for January.

Awesome place to stay. The owner was so helpful. During our stay somehow the latch from the inside locked us out of the condo. We called the owner and within minutes someone was there to assist us. The only two things I think I would improve would be HD tvs (but your in florida who needs tvs!!) and a more comforable bed. We both have pretty bad backs, and this bed seemed a little uncomfortable. (Although it mostly could be because of what we are use to at home and our conditions.) The most important thing to us was the view and location and that won this condo a 5 star from us. The view was just amazing. (We even watched the dolphins from the balcony while eating dinner. Amazing!) Thanks again and we will be back! The Koehls

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful stay at your condo. We have been visiting Sandestin for over 25 years and your condo ranked right of the top of our favorites! The views are amazing and the location is perfect. If you are considering this condo, book it now! You will not have any regrets. We will be back!

Darlene and I just arrived home and were discussing how much we enjoyed the weekend. We loved the location and found the condo quite comfortable. We spent most of the time right on the resort since it had pretty much everything we needed with none of the traffic and congestion. We’re thinking about coming back in October for a week so keep us in mind. Originally we were focusing on specials in the Caribbean , but we had such a good time this weekend we’re considering a trip back to Sandestin.
