This was our first time staying at the Sandestin and the first time using VRBO - we really lucked out! The condo was wonderful! Beautiful views, steps from the beach, kids loved the pool - we couldn't have asked for nicer. The owners were beyond helpful and took much time in helping us and answering our many many questions. The Sandestin Resort is beautifully maintained and minutes from shopping and restaurants and there is a Starbucks Coffee House at the entrance - great surprise! We would definitely recommend this condo and resort to our friends and hope to return very soon ourselves!

We arrived at beachside II and were amazed at how beautiful the resort was. When we arrived at our condo we opened the door and it was beautiful. When we walked out on the deck the view was great, but the view from the bedroom was spectacular!! The stay was amazing! Everything was so clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back!!!

Awesome place to stay. The owner was so helpful. During our stay somehow the latch from the inside locked us out of the condo. We called the owner and within minutes someone was there to assist us. The only two things I think I would improve would be HD tvs (but your in florida who needs tvs!!) and a more comforable bed. We both have pretty bad backs, and this bed seemed a little uncomfortable. (Although it mostly could be because of what we are use to at home and our conditions.) The most important thing to us was the view and location and that won this condo a 5 star from us. The view was just amazing. (We even watched the dolphins from the balcony while eating dinner. Amazing!) Thanks again and we will be back! The Koehls

Couldn't have asked for better help from the owner. The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Can't recommend much as we found many places seem to close for January.

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful stay at your condo. We have been visiting Sandestin for over 25 years and your condo ranked right of the top of our favorites! Darlene and I just arrived home and were discussing how much we enjoyed the weekend. We loved the location and found the condo quite comfortable. We spent most of the time right on the resort since it had pretty much everything we needed with none of the traffic and congestion. We’re thinking about coming back in October for a week so keep us in mind. Originally we were focusing on specials in the Caribbean , but we had such a good time this weekend we’re considering a trip back to Sandestin.

Super condo with all the amenities of home. The views from this condo are some of the best you will find anywhere on the property! The amenity card is a huge plus also- takes you to the golf course or Village without having to move your car. Hope to be back next year- thanks again for making everything so easy!

We just returned from our first visit to the Destin area. The condo is spectacular and the Sandestin Resort is incredible. Living in Myrtle Beach, we're familiar with beach resorts and this ranks with the best of them. There is an overabundance of great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. The resort has everything you would need to relax and enjoy. The condo is impeccably decorated and the views from the 11th floor are incredible. To see pictures with descriptive captions, go to pbase (dot) com (slash) traderboynh and visit the Destin August 2008 album. This should give you a more pictorially idea of what to expect. Nancy and Wendy are great to work with. You can't go wrong with this VRBO rental. I very highly recommend it!

You will not be disappointed with your stay here. The condo is convenient to the beach, golf and all of Sandestin's amenities. We really enjoyed the bike paths. The condo has a great view of the gulf and the beach. The washer/dryer combo in the unit was great and we were able to head home with the laundry already done. King size bed was very comfortable. A covered parking garage in Florida is a big plus. Also liked having a code lock on the door instead of having to worry about carrying keys around. Walk out the back and be on a golf course or walk out the front onto the beach. Does it get any better than that???

My husband and I just returned home from celebrating our 25th anniversary in this beautiful condo! We have stayed in numerous Sandestin and other Destin properties over the years, and this unit ranks up there as one of our favorites. The views and the furnishings were just beautiful!

Great condo. Very nicely decorated with a nice view of the pool areas and the ocean. Facility has numerous amenities to choose from and this complex is great for families.
