This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home features a kitchen filled with new appliances and bar area, dining room, a large living/family room with fireplace and multiple patio areas. Sliders lead to large newly renovated splinter-proof deck, heated in-ground pool, rear yard, and a smaller side-deck outside dining area. Along with a half-bath, the master ensuite bedroom sits on the ground floor. On the second floor, two bedrooms (one queen, one double) share a hall bathroom.

There is central air conditioning as well as in-wall units in the upstairs bedroom, a large living room with cable TV, wireless broadband internet, newly lined heated inground pool which can be lit at night and gas bbq. Two to three cars can park on the driveway in addition to the one which fits in the garage. For monthly renters, pool, housekeeping and landscaping will be included. For summer-long renters, terms can be negotiated.
