A great property, a block and a half from the beach in great condition. Recently completed renovation. CLEAN!!! Great neighbors, with block parties just about every week. We are looking for either a year round renter, or a renter for the entire summer season next year. The prices work out relatively the same, so why not have a place you can go to for the entire year?
Quiet block, with church right on the corner. Great dining spots, jewelers, drug store, liquor store, nail salon, barber, grocery, deli, you name it, all a 2-3 block walk.

Gail and I love the beach. So do our kids and their significant others. So we are there every weekend from Memorial Day to Labor Day, at the least. We totally redid the inside of this rental property, intending it to be our beachhouse, and then, the opportunity presented itself for us to do an even bigger project. This place is totally clean, comfortably, cozy and couldn't be more convenient to everything. We are not looking for a short term rental. This place is yours, either for the summer, or the entire year, same price: $15,000 - so it makes sense to take it for the year and have it whenever you need some peace and quiet.
Why the Owner Chose Ventnor City
We liked the fact that once you got to the end of the AC expwy, you didn't have to battle traffic south on the Garden State. We have the boardwalk 1.5 blocks from the house, and from there, it's a 2 mile walk to the Hilton in AC. It is convenient to the library, the playground, all varieties of stores, so that you park your car at the beginning of the weekend, and seldom need to move it.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The block this house is on has parties most Friday and Saturday nights. Cookouts, kegs, booze, games for the kids. Just because we moved 4 blocks away doensn't mean we won't be there most evenings. We made a lot of great friends on this block, and on beach block.
