In a village in the interior of Istria, Villa Quercus is located in the middle of a large garden with a two-part (part for small children: under adult supervision!) Pool. Approximately It is 15km to the seaside Porec, one of the tourist centers of this part of the country, which invites to various activities. Istria is home to many smaller restaurants, which will bring you closer to culinary delights and specialties. In addition to gourmet delights, you can of course actively plan your vacation (including bicycles). The villa itself offers the guest the best opportunity to plan their vacation individually.

Tolles Haus und tolle Betreuung

Wir suchten ein Steinhaus mit Pool in ruhiger Lage. Und genau das haben wir auch bekommen. Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit sensationellen Pool. Nette Eigentümer, die jederzeit erreichbar waren und gute Tipps parat hatten (Essen und Einkaufen). Als Frühaufsteher war ich bereits um 7 Uhr am Pool und konnte zweimal Rehe sehen. Herrlich. Wir können das Haus nur jedem empfehlen und werden wieder kommen. Unser Hund war ebenfalls willkommen und nicht nur wir wurden mit Wein und Obst begrüßt, sondern es standen sogar Hunde-Leckerlies bereit. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt. Antonela und Dragan, wir danken Euch für die schönen Tage bei Euch.

Super entspannter Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig und etwas abseits gelegen, also für jemanden, der Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, optimal. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, verfügt über eine Terrasse im 1. OG und eine Terrasse vor dem Haus, es gibt einen Pool und einen wunderschönen Garten. Außerdem vor der Küche eine Sitz-Ess-Gelegenheit und einen Grill. Bis nach Porec fährt man ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, dort gibt es auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zur Ausstattung der Küche: Es gibt eine geräumige Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen und Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, also alles was man braucht. Auch sonst ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns super erholt, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was Ausflugstipps oder Empfehlungen für Restaurants usw. betrifft. Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man einen ruhigen Aufenthaltsort sucht

Urlaub pur!

Das Ferienhaus in Katun / Baderna ist 100% eine Reise wert. Mit persönlichem Kontakt bei der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde alles sehr sauber und sogar mit einem frischem Obstteller übergeben. Das Haus bietet viel Platz für alle Bewohner - innen, wie auch außen. Es ist ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse am Ende des Dorfes und hat somit keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Einziges "kleines" Manko - die nahe gelegene Autobahn war bei schlechtem Wind immer mal wieder leicht zu hören. Während des Urlaubs wurde sogar der Pool nochmals zwischendurch und nach vorheriger Anmeldung gereinigt. Zum Einkaufen muss man jedoch ins gut 2 km entfernte Baderna oder nach Poreč fahren. Wenn es uns nochmals in diesen Teil Kroatiens verschlägt, schauen wir auf jeden Fall, ob das Objekt noch frei ist. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber Laura und Ihre Familie für einen tollen Urlaub.

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren 5 Personen und zwei Hunde. Bei der Ankunft stand Wasser, eine Flasche Wein und Obst als ein Willkommensgruß auf dem Tisch und auch zum Abschied gab es istrische Spezialitäten. Warum ist das erwähnenswert? Weil es das Gesamtbild perfekt abgerundet hat. Wir hatten ganz wenig Kontakt mit der Agentur vor Ort und haben sie auch nicht gebraucht, da alles von vorne herein gepasst hat. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, aber gut in Schuß. Für den Pool gibt es eine Soll abdeckung, die die Temperatur über Nacht im Pool hält. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, die Mauer aber nicht sehr hoch. Einer unserer Hunde ist ausgebüchst. Dafür kann aber das Haus nichts. Man fährt ca. 15 min zu den Stränden in Porec und Umgebung. Das Grundstück hat ca. 1500qm und man hat genug Platz zum Federball spielen oder ähnlichem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
