You are also only a short drive to Coronado or any of the many San Diego area beaches!
This urban cottage sits on a great property with retro brick pillars & forest green iron fensing. “Great for dogs and kids”. The South Park Village area is a 10 minute walk from the property and is bustling with some of the city's finest restaurants and coffee shops. Balboa golf course is also a 10 minute walk as is a great little dog park. Balboa Naval Hospital is a six minute drive.
