You will love this great vacation home within walking distance or a short bike ride to the beach. Community boat ramp located at the end of the street drops you into the Intracoastal Waterway. This house is located near everything! Walk to parks, dining, shops, church, tennis, racquetball,and basketball courts.
To make your vacation as convenient as possible we will provide any and all of the following: bikes, kayaks, racquet's, basketball, volleyball, golf clubs (right-handed & left-handed), beach chairs, cooler, toys and games. We are child and pet friendly and upon request can provide a crib/pack-n-play, high-chair, car seat, etc. Down the street there are Two beaches and one allows dogs.
This home is extremely private backing up to a preserve. Relax by the pool or have a drink at the tiki bar in the screened-in patio. This home has plenty of parking for your boat or RV/camper.
A $200 pet deposit is required and $75 is non-refundable as we have the carpets professionally cleaned after the dog leaves for allergy reasons.
