You will love this great vacation home that is just a short bike ride to the beach.If you want good exercise and beautiful scenery the walk to the beach is just 1.4 miles and the streets are canopied with Banyan trees! Public boat ramp located close by that drops you into the Intracoastal Waterway. This house is located near everything! Walk to parks, dining, shops, church, tennis, racquetball,and basketball courts.
To make your vacation as convenient as possible we will provide any and all of the following: bikes, kayak, tennis racquets, basketball, volleyball, golf clubs (right-handed & left-handed), beach chairs, cooler, toys and games. We are child and pet friendly and upon request can provide a crib/pack-n-play, high-chair, car seat, etc. Down the street there are Two beaches and one allows dogs.
This home is extremely private backing up to a preserve. Relax by the pool or have a drink at the tiki bar in the screened-in patio. This home has plenty of parking for your boat or RV/camper.
If you are traveling with pets $75 of your deposit becomes non-refundable as we have the carpets professionally cleaned after the dog leaves for allergy reasons.

We love this house and the location--- very close to a gorgeous, unspoiled beach and to stores and restaurants. We were lucky to witness a nest of turtles hatching on the beach at sunrise. We have relatives in Stuart and Palm Beach Gardens and were able to visit both without much of a drive.. Jeff, the owner, was awesome to work with. I would rent again. For our use the house is in the perfect spot. Less than 5 minutes to the Hobe Sound public beach access, less than 2 minutes to really great burgers. Those were the only two places we went. Children enjoyed the pool daily for several hours at a time. They also enjoyed the ocean. Despit the threat of a tropical storm the weather was perfect. Pool is heated (can be turned down if you like); and the house is cooled very well. The children liked the steps; the dogs not so much, but that kept them downstairs for the most part. They did enjoy the fenced yard and the view from the sliding door in the kitchen. They were always there waiting for us when we returned. We took all four dogs: they got plenty of excersice and slept a lot. There was also a dog beach down from the public access for them to enjoy. All in all a perfect vacation for everyone: adults, children and dogs.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners.

Awesome stay at this great pool home. Property was well maintained and clean. Jeff was great to us and took care of all our needs! Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Make sure you go to Shrimpers off of Dixie Hwy, great food and fun. We had a blast. Thanks Jeff!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Off Season .......... $250/night In Season/Holidays .. $295/night November 1st-April 30th ................ $1790/week .. $4790/month May 1st-October 31st ................... $1490/week .. $3990/month $500 check/money order needed at reservation and then becomes your security deposit during your stay.It will be returned within 15 days of your departure.Half of the rent due within 7 days of reservation & 1/2 due 60 days prior to arrival. If traveling with pets we keep $75 from deposit for steam cleaning/allergens.
