Our unit is located at Las Palomas Phase I on the 3rd floor with perfect views. - the only 5 Star Resort in Rocky Point. This is a perfect unit for families, couples, friends, or anyone and is more than 1500 Square feet in addition to a 400+ square foot patio is large enough for 10 adults+ to hang out, have some drinks and take a nap. Chez padded lounge chairs, large table, additional seats, etc. We have bunk beds in our converted 3rd bedroom. We have installed new HD tvs and cable TV and DVDs in every room!
Board games for kids and adults, CDs, inntertubes, magazines, books AND all paying guests can take advantage of the Kids Club that is open from 8am - 5pm daily and has so many fun activities that you can relax while your kids are having a blast. This absolutely FREE while you stay there. We also have personal inntertubes that are not available at the resort anymore.
We are on the third (3rd) floor which is great when it is crowded b/c there are only 2 flights of stairs. Don't get stuck waiting on the eleveator! Lazy river and beach and so convenient for families or couples looking to get away. You only need your toothbrush and we always GUARANTEE your satisfaction. We discount returning guests and know you will find our furnishings to be top of the line and perfect for your tastes. We urge you to compare our unit when you are there and look at what we offer compared to everyone else - there is no comparison. Again, we know you will be happy, guaranteed! Beautiful location that is closest beach to Phoenix with awesome resort amenities such as concierge services and on site top notch restaurants. Our resort was rated 4 Diamonds which is hardly ever awarded. ATV rentals next door and golfing onsite is so convenient.

3rd floor unit is perfect location to watch the sea and pool and still have peace and quiet. We have top of the line furnishings and always keep it updated and offer welcome gifts for our guests. We love repeat customers and always take care of them like our own.
this is where our home is located, steps from the beach with 3 restaurants on site as well as all of the amenities you need for you and your family. there is literally no reason to have to leave the resort grounds as everything is there for you.
just steps from your front door are ATVs that rent for $20/hr and even less when you rent more than 1 and do a little negotiating. they supply the helmets so just bring some sunglasses and you are off. there are sand dunes right there as well as desert surroundings with trails.

The resort was beautiful. Very quiet at this time of year. Like we had the place to ourselves. Plenty of space in condo for all 7 of us. We were able to cook our own meals when we didn't want to go out. Very spacious and comfortable. The owners were fabulous to work with. We would definitely contact them again if we head back to Rocky Point.

From the start everything was great. Will is wonderful to work with and responds so quickly to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. From the moment we walked in, it definitely felt like home, except there was a spectacular view from the balcony, which we don't have in Tucson. The condo is equipped with anything you might need. Our 4, 6, and 12 year old's had a wonderful time playing the games and falling asleep watching the DVD's that are there. We took advantage of the patio for our evening meals, which was nice and relaxing. I would definitely suggest room service for meals and definitely for their desserts, but if you want to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked. They were fabulous, we sampled them all! The condo was very spacious and we never felt cramped and the little ones loved the bunk room! They got a kick out of housekeeping arranging their stuffed animals differently every day!! All the staff is very helpful and will go the extra mile for their guests! We will definitely return to this condo on a regular basis because it felt so much like home and you can't beat the price for all that it has to offer. Thank you Will for sharing your piece of paradise with our family!!!

We had a wonderful week. We had excellent vacation all was perfect the weather and the place. The condo was wonderful very comfortable and the best was the sun never give us directly always we had shadow in the terrace. The owner was very nice and made the reservation for us. I recommend this condo for your next vacation with his family.

We just got back from our wonderful Rocky Point vacation. The condo had everything we needed and we felt safe and secure the entire trip. The patio ended up being our favorite spot. We had breakfast on the patio in the morning and enjoyed the evening there as well. The third floor was the perfect location. We only had to use the busy elevators to unload and reload the car. Will, the owner was easy to reach and answered all our questions promptly. Can't wait for our next trip!

We just got home from four days in RP. We loved staying at this condo. It was wonderful! We had such a nice time. The condo is immaculate, clean, and very nicely kept. Will was excellent to work with, great communication. Our two children had so much fun at this resort, the swimming pools were fantastic. We found a live star fish in the tide pools on the beach one morning. It was Parasio....(Paradise!) We deffinetly plan on going back. Thanks Will & Gayle!

Had a wonderful time and everything turned out perfect. The place was just like shown in the pictures and very well kept, very clean and very roomy! We were 7 adults had plenty of room. Balcony is huge and very enjoyable- beautiful view out to the ocean. We felt safe and secure, good parking for the car, all amenities well kept. Nice big heated pool at all times and huge hot tub. Owner was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Definitely plan on staying here again and 100% recommend!!

The condo was everything that you said it would be . We had 7 people in the unit . 3 adult and 4 teenagers , it did not feel crowed at all . The patio was a joy. Condo is spacious,what we liked about it was the size of the deck and the comfy Patio furnature. BBQ Area very nice with good quality BBQ's.Lots of Security and Grounds Maint people keeping the place spotless. We're 3 guys on Motorcycles so we liked the underground parking and Security.There is a supermarket about 5 min drive that has everything you could need. Enjoyed our stay and we will return. Thanks..
