This condo is fantastic. There was plenty of room, we even had adults sleep in the bunk beds and still felt there was plenty of space. The view was great. We didn't need anything, it had a coffee maker, iPod player, DVD player, etc. Added bonus, the owner was a joy to deal with. Any questions or issues and he was very quick to respond. The only warning I would give is to make sure if parties are arriving separately that ALL names are on the reservation, as we could not get in until the person who reserved the condo arrived, and that was hours after we did. Other than that, it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The patio was huge & the beds were very comfy. Our kids were able to make breakfast in the morning & head out to the beach all day. The owners were great to work with! We came with 4 other familes that stayed at Los Palomas - they rode their quads & razors everywhere to eat. This is a must stay for next year ! Thx Will !

The resort was beautiful. Very quiet at this time of year. Like we had the place to ourselves. Plenty of space in condo for all 7 of us. We were able to cook our own meals when we didn't want to go out. Very spacious and comfortable. The owners were fabulous to work with. We would definitely contact them again if we head back to Rocky Point.

From the start everything was great. Will is wonderful to work with and responds so quickly to any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. From the moment we walked in, it definitely felt like home, except there was a spectacular view from the balcony, which we don't have in Tucson. The condo is equipped with anything you might need. Our 4, 6, and 12 year old's had a wonderful time playing the games and falling asleep watching the DVD's that are there. We took advantage of the patio for our evening meals, which was nice and relaxing. I would definitely suggest room service for meals and definitely for their desserts, but if you want to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked. They were fabulous, we sampled them all! The condo was very spacious and we never felt cramped and the little ones loved the bunk room! They got a kick out of housekeeping arranging their stuffed animals differently every day!! All the staff is very helpful and will go the extra mile for their guests! We will definitely return to this condo on a regular basis because it felt so much like home and you can't beat the price for all that it has to offer. Thank you Will for sharing your piece of paradise with our family!!!

We just got back from our wonderful Rocky Point vacation. The condo had everything we needed and we felt safe and secure the entire trip. The patio ended up being our favorite spot. We had breakfast on the patio in the morning and enjoyed the evening there as well. The third floor was the perfect location. We only had to use the busy elevators to unload and reload the car. Will, the owner was easy to reach and answered all our questions promptly. Can't wait for our next trip!

We just got home from four days in RP. We loved staying at this condo. It was wonderful! We had such a nice time. The condo is immaculate, clean, and very nicely kept. Will was excellent to work with, great communication. Our two children had so much fun at this resort, the swimming pools were fantastic. We found a live star fish in the tide pools on the beach one morning. It was Parasio....(Paradise!) We deffinetly plan on going back. Thanks Will & Gayle!

We had a wonderful week. We had excellent vacation all was perfect the weather and the place. The condo was wonderful very comfortable and the best was the sun never give us directly always we had shadow in the terrace. The owner was very nice and made the reservation for us. I recommend this condo for your next vacation with his family.

Had a wonderful time and everything turned out perfect. The place was just like shown in the pictures and very well kept, very clean and very roomy! We were 7 adults had plenty of room. Balcony is huge and very enjoyable- beautiful view out to the ocean. We felt safe and secure, good parking for the car, all amenities well kept. Nice big heated pool at all times and huge hot tub. Owner was very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Definitely plan on staying here again and 100% recommend!!

The condo was everything that you said it would be . We had 7 people in the unit . 3 adult and 4 teenagers , it did not feel crowed at all . The patio was a joy. Will ,the owner , was helpful with information about the town and activites. We took our kayaks, had a great time in the bay. Will be back. thanks

Condo is spacious,what we liked about it was the size of the deck and the comfy Patio furnature. BBQ Area very nice with good quality BBQ's.Lots of Security and Grounds Maint people keeping the place spotless. We're 3 guys on Motorcycles so we liked the underground parking and Security.There is a supermarket about 5 min drive that has everything you could need. Enjoyed our stay and we will return. GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND HAVE SOME COLD ONES

OVERALL I WOULD HAVE TO RATE THIS PLACE 5 STARS... IT WAS JUST WHAT ME AND A COUPLE OF BUDDIES NEEDED. THE PLACE IS WELL MAINTAINED AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY. WE DROVE FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SO IT TOOK US A GOOD 5 HOURS TO GET TO THE RESORT, BUT THE NEW TOLL ROAD DID HELP. THE POOL IS NICE AND WARM AND SO IS THE OCEAN. THE ROOMS ARE NICE AND CLEAN AND BIG ENOUGH FOR A NICE GROUP OF YOUNGSTERS OR TWO FULL FAMILIES. MY FAVORITE PART OF THIS PLACE HAD TO BE THE HUGE BALCONY EQUIPT WITH RELAXING CHAIRS AND A NICE DINNER TABLE TO ENJOY A FAMILY DINNER. OVERALL HAD A GREAT TIME AND I WOULD DEFINITLY COME AGAIN.

This is a beautiful condo with nice furniture inside and out. Most of the cooking was done at the condo, so it was nice to see the kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed. The 3rd floor was perfect, not too high and not too low for awesome views of the pools and beach. But my favorite thing about this condo was the bonus room. We paid the price of a 2 bedroom condo, but had an extra small room with bunkbeds and flat screen tv. It was perfect for the kids.

We loved this place, it has great decor and anemities. This was our fisrt time in Puerto Penasco and we could'nt have asked for a better experience. It was much better than we expected.The owner is very helpful and easy to talk to. We will definately come back soon! A lot of other reviews describe about the place having a family setting, and its great but we went with a group of friends, all under 30, and we had a blast. Thanks again!

We rented this condo for my daughter's high school graduation celebration. 4 teenagers, 2 40 something's & 2 60 something's said it was the best vacation they had ever taken. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of room, everything worked and it was spotless. We felt very safe having the "kids" to hang out at the pool and ocean areas without adult supervision. We had a couple of questions and called the front desk for assistance - they were up to offer assistance immediately. We even called the owner to ask a question and he was right there with an answer. The patio is amazing, sunny in the morning and shady in the afternoon. We are going to make this a yearly trip!

Owners care about this property! They were wonderful to work with. We have stayed at this property several times but this was our first time in this condo. It is by far the best one we have rented. The furnishings and decorations are very well done. I highly recommend this condo.

Great condo. Well furnished and supplied. We liked the third floor location. It allowed us a great view but also quick access to the ground floor via elevator or stairs. The third bedroom was really nice to have. We plan to stay again. Thanks.

Condo is beautiful, loved the patio, went in February so kids loved the heated pool. I loved that there were 3 bedrooms all with TV's so those kids could have their separate space and Mom and Dad could enjoy that spacious patio and wonderful view.

Great condo! Very comfortable and well kept with all the amenities one could want, especially if you have children. It was apparent that the owners have gone beyond the norm to make this a very comfortable home. The kitchen was equiped with everything you'll need (and then some). Flat screened TV's with DVR's in all three bedrooms. X-box and games, DVD's, books, board games were a big hit with the kids. The balcony was large and inviting with comfortable furnishings...a great place to have breakfast in the morning or to sit and read in the afternoon. The owner, Will, was very accomodating and readily available. For anyone interested in staying at Las Palomas we would highly recommend this condo. Great value for the money.

Fantastic Unit! There were three bedrooms with flat screen t.v.'s in all of them and another one in the living room. The kids just loved their room with the bunkbed in it. The unit was stocked with everything from kitchen appliances, spices, utensiles etc., all the way to xbox, DVD's, and games for the kids. Internet was very simple to connect to (and free!). The unit was just beautiful and so was the view off the patio. Fantastic resort, my kids love the pools and the beach. The town is very safe and so is the resort...they always have security around checking on everything. The owners are a pleasure to work with and made everything super easy! Thank you again! We had a wonderful time and plan to return in the near future!

I stayed over Christmas and the condo and resort were wonderful. The pools, hot tub and fitness center were great! Views from the large deck on the condo from every rooom were amazing. The condo is updated, has a great kitchen for cooking all of the wonderful seafood you can buy locally and there was more than enough room for the three of us. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was really nice, clean, and well furnished. Every room had a TV with a DVD player which was a real plus. We had some issues with one of the A/C units but the owner was readily available (even on a weekend) and was on top of it and took care of it for us. I would highly recommend staying in this condo. It is in a great location on the 3rd floor, with a beautiful view. We'll likely stay there again.

Our stay in this condo was great! We usually stay at a house on the beach, but this was so much nicer and very resonable. The kids loved the pools, lazy river and the small slide! The entire resort is beautiful and well maintained. Lots of staff and security made us very comfortable. I hope to return in a couple of months.

We absolutely loved staying at this Condo, it was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of 5. The view from the patio was amazing, you can see the pool area or gaze at the ocean. I was impressed how well maintained the property was. The restaurant was "5" star - absolutly delicious. I look forward to returning this summer.
