Awesome ski in/ski out townhome--Just steps off Four O'Clock run. You will ski in on Four O'Clock from Peak 8, and ski out down to Snowflake lift, where you just cross the street and hop on the lift. From top of Snowflake lift, you can ski to either the Peak 8 base, Peak 9 C chair or Peak 9 base. You can also ski down from the townhome to the new Gondola or to town, although you'll probably choose Snowflake. The townhome is walking distance to the Peak 8 Nordic Center and all its associated cross-country trails, as well as the Nordic Center bus stop near Grandview and Ski Hill Road.
Beautiful newer townhouse. Bright, lots of windows with views of the ski resort trails and woods. The three story floorplan is divided into six levels, each a half a flight apart. WiFi throughout the townhome. Three of the four bedrooms, the living room and the family room have TVs.
Lower level: Family room with large L shaped leather couch, including standard foldout couch and half bath. New Foosball table, TV, Video games/DVD/Stereo. Private Bedroom off of the family room with a queen bed and private bath. TV. Sliding door from the bedroom leads to the rear patio and the unit's private hot tub.
Entrance Level: One car garage, Entry Hall and laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer. Ski storage on racks in garage. Additionally, you can get two cars, tightly, in driveway. No other parking is likely to be available.
Bedroom Level: Two bedrooms, one with twin beds & TV, the other with a queen bed (no TV--but csn switch from other room). Full hallway bath.
Main Level: Combination living, dining, kitchen. Two story living area with gas fireplace. Foldout bed in couch (with extra comfort air mattress system). With leaves, dining table can accommodate 10, snugly. Half bath. Balcony has large new gas grill.
Master Level: Master bedroom with king bed. Master bath has large jetted bathtub and separate shower. TV, DVR.
Loft Level: Overlooks the living room. Has two couches, both with foldout (extra comfort air mattess system). Office alcove at top of stairway with guest computer access, speakerphone, fax, and laser printer.
