  I needed a place to escape the cold weather and I found a wonderful place. I was alone and felt so safe- even left the key in the lock one night and it was there the next morning!The place is so spacious and is so clean. I got to see the dolphins every morning! I thought that the price was good also. Might bring some more family.

  We loved the views, the location, and the space that this place offers! It’s close to our favorite restaurants, attractions and conveniences. The condo floor plan is wider than most, with a larger balcony and larger rooms. It’s comfortable and clean, and the massage chair was a treat. We were mostly on the balcony -- watching the boats of all kinds passing by, listening to the waves on Johnson Beach just across the lagoon, the sunrises and sunsets. And, it was more affordable than staying in the crowded touristy spots. It’s very secure – lots of access codes to remember. Next time (and we’ll definitely be going back), we’ll make sure we have a key to the docks – we had hoped to do some fishing. And, we’ll have to stay longer – so much to see and do!

  Fantastic! Condo is in a quiet area unlike on main drag. Very clean. Beautiful view. Saw dolphins. Appreciate the peaceful atmosphere so we could relax and read. Close to shopping and dining. We'll be back!

  We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was very clean and well-maintained. All of the rooms are nicer than the pictures. The king bed was comfy and the massage chair and jacuzzi tub were a plus. The kids enjoyed their own room with t.v., dvd player, and bunk beds. We enjoyed spending mornings on the balcony and the private beach. The beach,pool and gym were usually vacant so you had it to yourself which was nice. We did not see any dolphins but definitely enjoyed watching the sting rays. Anything you want to do is within driving distance. Grocery stores, fast food, shopping, etc is close by. We visited Pensacola Beach and the Pensacola Naval Air Base. The Naval Air Museum (free) and Pensacola Lighthouse built in 1859 (free to tour but charge to climb top adult-$5.00 child 44inch-$3.00) are worth visiting. The lighthouse has many tours including ghost, blue angel's, sunset, etc. so call ahead before visiting. We had a great time staying in this condo and plan to come back. The owner's are great and will answer any questions you have quickly. We highly recommend this location if your looking for a great place to stay.

  MY FAMILY HAS ENJOYED THEIR SUMMER VACATION FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS. I WILL BE THERE AGAIN THIS YEAR . DOLPHINS- FISHING FROM THE PIER- GREAT LOCAL RESTAURANTS TRY FLIPPERS !!! PLENTY OF ROOM WE HAVE A FAMILY OF 5 WATCHING BLUE ANGELS PRACTICE ON WED AND THURS MORNINGS RIGHT OVER THE TOP OF THE CONDO AWESOME !!! TAKE YOUR FISHING TACKLE ASK FOR THE PIER CODE TO. 20 MINUTES FROM GULF SHORES SEE THE STATE PIER LOT OF PEOPLE FISHING AT NIGHT . GO TO THE NAVAL BABASE MUSEUM SPEND A WHOLE DAY THERE . IMAX THEATER AND ALL REALLY FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY ANY AGE YOU CAN GO INTO ORANGE BEACH AND WATCH THE FISHING BOATS COME IN AND UNLOAD REALLY BIG FISH BE THERE AROUND 5 AND TAKE THE DOLPHIN RIDE FOR THE FAMILY REALLY FUN AND RELAXING DON,T FORGET TO EAT AT TACKY JACKS IN GULF SHORES. TRY COSMOS TO.-ORANGE BEACH. POOL IS BIG AND REALLY NICE NOT ALWAYS PACKED OUT THERE IS WEIGHT ROOM AND A INTERNET ROOM ON MAIN FLOOR . I TAKE MY LAPTOP EVERYTIME. REALLY GREAT PLACE IF I WAS BUYING A CONDO I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ONE HERE. VERY NICE PLACE AND CLEAN

  We stayed at this condo over an extended weekend in January. Reserving the condo was a very easy process and there were no glitches. We arrived later than we intended and were so relieved when we walked into the condo - it welcomed us right in. The condo is very nice and immaculately clean. There were plenty of linens, the beds were comfy, and the balcony was awesome. There was an unseasonable warm spell and we stayed on the balcony as much as possible, and yes, we saw dolphins!! The complex has a great security system and is close to the beach, restaurants, and the NAS. Before checking out, we alerted the owner of a small problem, they were very receptive and my security deposit was back within five days. Would love to go back!!

  The condo itself was nice and clean. Nice bathrooms, plenty of linens. Pretty patio with a good view of the harbor. (Not a dolphin in sight the entire weekend we were there though, which was disappointing). Also, there is no internet access in the condo, which would have been a deal breaker had I known, because I always bring my laptop. The Code to the Pier gate didn't work, and the King bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. However, overall it was a nice unit. The problems started when we checked out and expected our security deposit back. The lady who had rented us the unit didn't answer my emails or phone calls for 7 days, then she gave me the number of her husband, and told me to contact him. I did, and he promised I would receive my deposit back the next day, unfortunately, he said, he and his wife had just gotten divorced. When after 7 more days of phone calls and emails I still hadn't received my deposit, I filed a claim with my credit card company, who promptly denied it because this company ran my credit card through their car dealership, which makes it look like I purchased something. So I kept calling and emailing the owners of the condo and finally obtained the number of a new bookkeeper. She had no record of my renting the property, so I had to fax copies of everything to her, and after several more emails exchanged, I finally received my security deposit back. If I had stopped calling and emailing, or never found the number of their bookkeeper, I never would have received my security deposit back. What a hassle! I have rented dozens of vacation properties before, and never had a problem like this. As bad as the transaction fell apart after I checked out - I'm surprised there was even a condo to begin with!

  Owner response: We are truly regretful that these guests were not completely satisfied with their stay as other guests have been. As the guest alluded to, and I offer this as an explanation not an excuse, this was during a very difficult time for my family. We strive to offer every guest a wonderful vacation experience, therefore, we will learn from this and make adjustments to ensure our future guests' stay is everything it should be.

  We had a WONDERFUL time and the unit was absolutely gorgeous. We stay in June for a week with our two children, it was great for them to have separate bedrooms. The pool was great and so was the beach area. As far as the general area we loved that too. The condo was extremely relaxing and we all enjoyed ourselves. My husband enjoyed being on the pier the most. I would definately recommed it to anyone. Thank you so much for opening up your home away from home for others to enjoy. I hope that we will be back again...

  We stayed here for a week in June 2009. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). It was beautifully decorated and had great ammenities. This is our second year staying at this particular property and your condo was without a doubt our best experience yet! Thanks for a great vacation. We will be back!

  We cant say enough good things about this Condo. Itwas perfect for our family. Our kids loved the beach area here and playing the Wii. We found the location to be convenient to everthing we wanted to do, but yet isolated from the big crowds. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
