This three story 2800 sq. ft. town home is the jewel of Bend and comes with two beautifully furnished upper and lower master suites, a furnished downstairs with extra room and three bathrooms. Both master rooms open up to decks overlooking the Deschutes River.
An extensive 10 mile river trail is right out your door and can either take you on a long hike or a short jaunt to the Old Mill District to enjoy shops, restaurants and art galleries. You will also have use of all the amenities offered through Mt. Bachelor Village including tennis, pool, hot tubs, exercise room, sauna and children's playground. For an additional $8.00 a day, you can also use all of the facilities offered at the Athletic Club of Bend. We are about a mile from downtown Bend and the Old Mill District.
The upper master bedroom features a king bed, large walk-in closet, a Jacuzzi bathtub for two, a walk-in shower and a 30 inch TV. The ground floor master room features a queen bed and is one of the accesses to the large covered deck that offers outside dining for six. The library room is great space for meditation or reading and has beautiful specially designed green lacquer wood shelves and a queen size foldout bed, as well as an adjacent, elegant marble bathroom. All the linens and towels you will need are provided.
The kitchen is the center of the family area and is stock with all the cookware and utensils you need to make the perfect meal. The living room system features another 30 inch TV and a surround sound stereo system that can also be piped into the upstairs master bedroom if you so desire. The double car garage is a great space to store skies, bikes, golf clubs, and of course, your cars.
We are committed to you having an amazing time at our river escape, but more importantly, a relaxing one. If you would like us to stock the refrigerator with your favorite foods, beverages or favorite wine selections before you arrive, we offer that service as well.
